The parking. The staff didn’t clarify where to park when all the parking was taken. Also, don’t walk through the front doors with your luggage bc you actually enter with your belongings through the back side.

When we got there one of the bedroom linens had not been changed. However, they changed it the following day for us.

The hotel was wonderful. It looked like it was newly remodeled into condos. We had tons of room. Everything was great!

The hotel was above and beyond what we expected or needed. Great place, excellent location, quiet and conveniently located near the areas attractions, yet comfortably tucked away from the crowds and traffic. The hotel was very clean, our room was well kept and the hotel staff was wonderful. Highly recommend, and will stay again.

Ok, just small things, but the showers were severely lacking in water pressure and the rainfall shower overhead was cool until you tried to use it. Parking was limited and filled by non-hotel parking. The tv in the living room/den was very small for the location. It looked like a 40", but should have been at least a 55". The furniture in the den was not very comfortable. Couch and chair were hard. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but these were literally the only things not perfect, and they were still pretty good.

Great building with lots of character and history. Loved the small number of rooms in the hotel. The suite was amazing, undersold in the pictures. This place was bigger than our first house and even nicer than our current house! The full kitchen was amazing. Having two showers was a huge bonus. The bedrooms alone were as big as many hotel rooms. It was quiet. We couldn't hear neighbors, and even the road noise was not bad.

Tv in the living area was very small. Couch was also small and very uncomfortable. Attempted to sleep on the pull out but it was honestly unusable. Thin walls with no sound proofing so you can hear conversations downstairs and in the halls. Parking spots were too small for large vehicles. Lastly, as someone who wasn’t blessed with height, trying to use the master bathroom sink was difficult and although nice, shower heads were way too high.

Apartment is spacious and had an awesome bank vault door inside. Size of kitchen, rooms, closets and bathrooms was also great. Nice to have a restaurant, coffee shop and lounge located within the building. Perfect location!!!

Everyone left by 7pm so if you needed anything, you were out of luck. The door was annoying. When you came in or tried to leave the deadbolt would open and door wouldn’t close. We requested extra coffee before we got there but only got 2 and stayed there 3 nights (4 days).

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond! We had an issue with the hot water, and we were taken care of and accommodations made to make sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed walking around Sevierville.

My only complaint was a pending charge they leave on your account until check out. If someone is counting on that money to enjoy their vacation it would be awful. No one made me aware that this was a normal thing for their system to do. The lady at the front tried to help resolve the matter. But unfortunately it did stay on my account during the duration of our stay. So something to keep in mind for your budget.

Beautiful place! Everything was super clean and roomy. It was a convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge. The downtown historic district was adorable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
