1. Had to go out of hotel to reach "lobby" and vice-versa. 2. No one on duty after 7pm. 3.Very noisy, sirens repeatedly 4. Bed was awful and that's being kind. 5. Coffee maker still had someone else's Coffee filter! 6. Hotel parking is VERY TIGHT! We were told to park in another lot. 7.Master shower is small. 8. Had to use 3 remotes for tv. Roku, one for channel and one for volume. Very frustrating. 9. Kids being loud, setting off fire alarm and pressing elevator buttons.

no housekeeping, decorated at minimum no art on walls. ran out of coffee after 2 days. took own trash out. is it hotel or arb&b? cafe and hotel office had to go outside.

The cobwebs and a little mold on the ceiling near the fridge was a little bit of a put off.

It was super spacious for a big family. The coffee shop downstairs was great too! The location was great for us and the fireplace was fantastic

Our reservation was for queen and two single beds. Our room had a full instead of singles, so one person has to sleep on the couch. At checkin they stated we could possibly change rooms and management would call us which they never did. Fire place starter quit worker for two nights.

Great location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. On the quiet outskirts with an easy drive to most anything. Room was beautiful, and well equipped for any length of stay.

The problem with the bathroom door locking on its own.

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite for 6 nights. Location was great, Close to but far enough away from the congestion of pigeon forge. And the suite was roomy and nicely decorated. Just as nice, maybe even nicer, than the pictures online, which was a nice surprise! Loved having a spacious kitchen and table that we could all comfortably dine at. Beds super comfy too:-) Only regret is that we waited until our last night there to have dinner at the lovely restaurant located in house. The restaurant was incredible; decor, food, service, everything. By far the BEST restaurant that we’ve ever been at in Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge, and we vacation here often. We will definitely be coming back to both stay and enjoy meals at this lovely place again. Only minor suggestion for improvement, and I feel really bad mentioning this because everything else was sooooo perfect, but here goes: Need to fix the master bathroom lock on the door. We got locked out of the bathroom because I think the push lock on the door is defective/ broken and can spontaneously lock on its own. When this happened, we had to call the helpline to assist. That said, the person working the 24 hr helpline was very kind and answered immediately to help us, which was greatly appreciated. But… I strongly feel like that door knob and lock needs to be changed asap.

Beds are ok, not super comfortable. Flooding in the living room from the balcony after heavy rain. No corkscrew. Close to prison

It could provide more sitting in the main living area. The parking spaces could be wider.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were large, and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a very walkable area, for supplies and food.

Parking spaces very tight. Work and delivery trucks were very hard to maneuver around and always parked in the most obstructive places. Continent for them but caused inconvenience for guests.

The room views, ease to elevator, and room size, Great price for the accommodations.
