We arrived at the location around 10 PM, and we were on the verge of turning and running away. The neighbor seemed a bit intimidating, and the lock didn't appear too secure.

Great value for big family. 5 bedrooms with a queen bed each. The place is clean and modern. Close to the fall, casino and everything.

Someone had tried to beak into the house and the main lock (main entrance) wasn't properly fixed. The neighbourhood is rather rough. Please see other reviews as well regarding the environment.

The location is slightly far away from the city center, though it is only a 15min walk. But since I don't have a car, it is just annoying to walk that route several times a day. Also, I could not find a hair dryer. And the staff appeared a little impatient.

The facilities are nice! They have a whole set of cooking tools and pretty much everything you need. Also it is just nice to have a whole house.

The house did not have any closet space or a dishwasher.

Very close to the American Falls (3 mins by car or 12 minutes if you decide to walk). The host was super nice, and took care of all of our requests.

The location is very convenient to all attractions and restaurants. Host is very responsive with all our questions like asking any recommended restaurant to eat. All in all, we had a great time during our stay here! And in fact, we highly recommend this place!

Bait and switch gave us a different location than the one listed this is an unprofessionally remodeled home in a neighborhood of vacant boarded up homes. The crime is so bad food delivery and ride share services refuse service.i won't even go into the short comings of the house just DO NOT STAY HERE

Pictures are not accurate. Maintence has been neglected. House is not in a safe neighborhood extremely high crime area. Only one entrance/exit door, this is a safety issue. Security cameras were present with no disclosure. Bathroom on 2nd and 3rd floors with several steps to reach each one. Called Niagara Hospitality (mgmt co) was treated rudely with no compassion and later would not return my calls. Not a convenient location to visit the falls. Ended up having to go to a hotel to stay to ensure our safety. This house was last purchased in December 2019 for $78,000 from Center City Neighbohood Development Fund according to public records at the assessors office their contact phone number 716 286 4388. DO NOT STAY AT 407 & 409 (DUPLEX SAME PROPERTY) 6TH AVE. NIAGRA FALLS NY It absolutely ruined our stay!! Management has yet to refund our money or reach out to us.

Location is a big problem here. Most of the houses in the neighborhood are abandoned. So neighborhood is not safe at all. We had to move to another place to sleep at the last minute. Not acceptable to have such a dangerous location available for families on Booking.com.
