Housekeeper didn't clean the floor and bathroom well. There were trash on the floor underneath the round, metal table. Night stand had dust and lint. Shower didn't have hot water.

The bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep.

This was an old motel, likely built in the 1950s. It is warn and torn, with little done to keep it up to date. T In my room, the bed was comfortable, but tiles were cracked and broken, the bathtub was cracked and chipped, the furniture was old and warn, and this describes the property generally. That said, it served the purpose and was the cheapest Icould find for 2 nights in Ventura.

It was right near the beach (a block away), and that was nice. Easy on and off the main highway (101). The staff were helpful. The TV was large and new (though I n eeded help from staff on how to use it) The price was low compared to other places in Ventura.

Lack of a good heater for the room. Jacuzzi tub not working was a disappointment, but not a deal killer. The bed could have used better pillows and the drawers on the dresser need some work to make them more usable.

Close to the beach, many restaurants and artisanal breweries. Staff was helpful. Location was excellent. Beds were comfy. Do wish they had a better heating system and that the jacuzzi tub was operational. Television was excellent and had many streaming channels to select from.

Rundown building, takes some getting used to. I stayed in a studio or as the front desk called it, penthouse. The spa does not work. The power outlet in the bathroom did not work. There is a stove and oven but nothing to cook nor eat with. The AC/ heater unit was falling apart. Just glad I did not need it. Chairs are cold stainless steel.

Location is nice. It is near a very quiet public beach. Groceries and restaurants are walking distance. The sheets and bed were clean. The staff were nice. Assigned free parking. Big TV.

There was no ac and they couldn't locate my reservation when she had contact me that morning for my card info so check in took a long time the white lady in the front was very unorganized wrote down my card info on a piece of paper on the front desk so anyone can see it she was up outside drunk at 2am being loud.

The location and the Hispanic girl in the front was very nice

The bathroom towel rack was broken off the wall and there was no hairdryer.

The location is great. I was worried that there would be too much neighbor noise, but the bedroom was towards the front corner of the apartment and I did not hear any.

Never got breakfast, or in room coffee. No regular TV or cable, just streaming services with no instructions on how to access. Room right on the street, very noisy and did not feel safe. Easy window access and line of sight for street traffic. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating but didn't open for breakfast before my departure at 7:30 am. Only decaf coffee in the room (yuk) and creamer and sugar packets had been opened (dbl yuk). Description was that I was getting a studio apt, but I got a 2bdr. I was afraid somebody would be booked in the other room and come thru that rooms door. Awkward, and scary.

We really didnt have any big issues that ruined our stay. There are a few touch ups that needed to be taken care of, but it didnt make our experience bad enough to give it a sad face. I wont give it a 5 star because it isnt but we will be back again because it was a nice place.

We loved the staff!! she was friendly and very professional. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She brought us over little cushions to sit on while we sat on the little "porch". The location was fantastic. Able to walk down to eat at the Social Tap and back without any issues. The room was nice enough for the price. Had a fridge and a microwave available the beds were very comfortable. No issues with the bathroom either. It was clean and did not feel like a grungy motel. There is even a couple of bbq's to use and nice size picnic tables.

Didn't like that they gave us an old fan to use. Shower knob was broken and no cap to take a bath. And smoking by the neighbors was disgusting.
