house keeper was sitting there watching tv in the room when we entered. The toilet continued to lose water and refill all night. the bed light was very hard to turn off I had to keep pushing it. some of the staff were very nice but some of them were rude.

The hotel and rooms felt dated and the rooms had zero extras - no coffee machine, no minibar. On site coffee/food was just OK but super expensive. Limited offerings within walking distance

No coffee maker. I drink a lot of coffee/ tea. I bought coffee from the coffee shop. but I wake up at 5 am and usually drink coffee as I do my mornings routine. that was inconvenient for me. otherwise all was well

They didn’t offer room service. The food at the patio cafe was just ok and the SERVICE at the cafe STUNK! The prices were outrageous! my husband bought 4 bottles of water at the little store and it was over $45…and be careful when paying for things with credit card at the store, they trick you into thinking you have to give a tip…just keep scrolling through until it says $0. My husband got fed up and just hit the tip and ended up giving a $7 tip to the guy who checked him out at the store. needless to say I did return the items and got a full refund and they were very nice about doing it for me.

One of the selling points for us when we book a hotel is the pool. and this pool was awesome. Because there are three of them, it didn’t feel crowded. Plus the temperature was perfect. usually the pools in South Florida feel like bath water and don’t give you any refreshing relief from the hot Florida sun, but this one was perfect.

Generally, I do not like carpet in a hotel room, prefer hard floor. Overall, the room should be cleaner, but really can not complain about it.

The view was the best thing about the room. Seeing the ocean from the veranda was everything I wished for...Close to perfect stay.

They won't credit your Hilton Honors account if not booked directly through Hilton, which every other rewards program happily does. Most restaurants were closed. Housekeeping has to be requested ahead of time, which makes it less convenient. All food outlets were grossly overpriced within the hotel.

On a beautiful beach, great pool area, comfy beds, big rooms and bathrooms, great linens, nice toiletries. Quick checkout process. Overall would recommend, but a few things need improvement to be a top resort hotel.

Parking was $50 a day, breakfast was not Included and you are charged for everything. nothing to do in surrounding area. Room had strong odor of marijuana when Ichecking in.

The bathroom was not private at all!!!..who approved to set a window between bathroom and bedroom??!! AWFUL!!! ROOM 2665. The other thing is that one pool was closed, this made that the other pool was uncomfortable to be in there, a lot of people too close!! not resting chair enough!! This issue was not taken account by DIPLOMAT to make a discount in the price of the reservation

The service at POINT ROYAL during the breakfast and the menu was GREAT!! EXCELLENT!! The hotel building is wonderful and elegant!! The attention at front desk was EXCELLENT!! It was permitted an early check-in

Son cut his foot on a broken underwear light in one of the swimming pools: pool attendant applied plaster but no manager or anyone else came to say sorry! Reception didn’t care and no one offered any sort of compensation!! Son couldn’t walk for 2 days so holiday had to be simplified.

Parking fee. And the bathroom was terrible there was no vents and there was shudder window from the bathroom to the bed/living space… I didn’t understand that.

Parking situation was not mentioned to us, but at checkout we saw we were charged for parking. Anna who checked us in was so nice.
