The bathtub drains very slowly. It's probably partially clogged with hair. A dose or two of liquid plumber could fix it, but it should be fixed. The door safety latch was missing. It should be put back for the guest to feel safer at night. The window curtains of the front window are not dark enough to prevent the outside lighting from disturbing your sleep. I offer the suggestion to replace them with room-darkening drapes, or turn off the outside lights at night. There is no on/off switch for the guest to turn off the outside lights himself. Parking is somewhat inconvenient. Depending on your room's parking spot and the amount of snow on the ground, you are either blocking somebody, or somebody is blocking you. I'm not sure how this could be solved, but removing the snow could help a little. I offer these constructive comments in good faith. It is not my intention to put down the place. I like the place. My only motivation is to improve it.

The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. The location is good.

The bed was okay, it's a memory foam mattress which was hard to turn over on and hard to get out of.. The bathroom was great with a large tub Jacuzzi jets.. Management should install a couple of grab bars to make it easier and safer to get into and out of the tub. The front entrance needs to add a small step outside the door to make it easier to enter, it's is higher than the other doorways in the complex, seems to be about 12 inches high... Made it difficult to enter and exit the room .

The location was great, you're close to places to eat and visit.. The room was very nice and comfortable, Electric fireplace was a nice touch.

Upon arrival, the front office didn’t seem very clean, so it made me nervous. An employee was smoking right outside the front of the office. I don’t want to be smelling cigarette smoke during my stay, especially when checking in. Big turn off. The other positive aspects made up for it though.

Room was so clean!!!! The kitchenette was so helpful and well stocked. It had plates, bowls, silverware, dish cleaning supplies, 2 burner stove top, pots and pans, etc. Extra blankets that were soft, clean and helped me to be warm. Wi-Fi worked well for us. Asked to stay in back for more quiet and being away from the road—was accommodated.

It was too hot. The screen in the bathroom was damaged. The sink water pressure was a slow trickle or non existent.

Walking to the den

Much bigger complex than appears from the road., nice kitchenette and large rooms, love our location Room 16 The manager was a hoot, we had some fun banter on the phone, which continued when we checked in

The single lane gravel driveway to the rear units was very tight turn from the front of the site.

The location was perfect for our trip. The room was very clean and the bed was a very comfortable foam.

The sound of the road was kinda loud early in the morning.But it is right off the road so hard to avoid that.

The lady at the front that showed us our room was so nice!I never leave reviews on anything but this place had a great energy 😊

The floors could use a good mopping, the bathroom was dingy, and the tub drained slow but it wasn’t enough to put me off.

The lady that greeted me and showed me to my room was super fun and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like a safe location and was quiet overnight.

It was hard to check in. The office didn’t open until 4:00 p.m. we finally found a worker who showed us to our room. The manager did apologize for the difficulty. Apparently she was at a lake and couldn’t get beck in time. They need more office staff.
