I wish I had known the pool was drained when making my reservation. My kids were bummed they couldn't swim, but luckily we were there for a wrestling tournament so ultimately it wasn't a huge deal.

Room was clean and comfortable, it was quite at night and we were able to get a good night of sleep.

I rented only Rm#103 for one night & you're submitted the payment two times. Didn't want to shower because of dust and debris in bottom of the tub and on it's entry ledge. Spreeadspread had alot of dried food of some kind on it. I was quoted $77.xx for one night and you submitted it twice. I'm going to dispute this. Be ready for a fight. I was up there for cancer treatment and visited my grandkids. We'll spread the word. Not good!

No protein, all carbs except for protein in milk in this cold cereal and muffin or toast only breakfast .

The pictures make it look bright and cheery. Our room was a bit drab. The price was good and I don’t think we would have been disappointed if the pictures didn’t look so bright.

Unless all you want is a waffle go elsewhere.

Bathroom smell...mold from vent????

The room and itself was very clean. But there was an overwhelming smell in the bathroom, that made me not feel well, and made my husband sick the next morning. Thinking it's mold??? It was when we turned on the vent/fan in the bathroom. Otherwise was very comfortable.

The breakfast was the only bad part of the stay. The waffle line was too long to attempt it. The only fruit were some apples (with no knife sharp enough to cut slices). The orange juice was so diluted it was more like water. The muffins were so tasteless that I actually did not want more than one bite. However, the coffee maker in the room produces an adequate cup--better than in the lobby. Finding a direct way to get to the property was difficult. If you miss the Wanamaker entrance it takes quite a while to find a way to turn around and try again. I suggest that you let people know the (much quicker) route from 17th Street and Westport.

The A/C was easy to control and kept the room pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the lodge is located close to an interstate highway, it was not noisy. There were plenty of outlets and lamps. (I couldn't reset the clock, however.) The front office staff were very pleasant and informative. They (and all the cleaners I encountered) seemed very eager to please.

Room was ok, bed was so-so, bed spread had cigarette burns and there were scratches on the door from a previous stayer's pet... hardwood floors were uncomfortable, but I understand why they have them.

Price was fair, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok... had waffles with syrup and butter, but not really anything else to accompany it.

One week stay. Had to call out loudly for front desk help. No room dusting, poor sweeping, didn't replenish coffee, did not make bed nicely, the refrigerator freezer ice buildup made it useless.

The room was fine and met my expectations for a low-priced stay, EXCEPT -- housekeeping was not thorough. Bed was fine, armchair was very comfortable, desk was nice, I loved the "plugin" lamps!
