I couldnt stay there longer since it was a work event.

Staff was very VERY helpful and accomodating. There was alot of parking and the hotel was walking distance from various eateries, bars, and shops.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay. The gentleman at the front desk (but also everywhere else! I am still convinced he doesn't sleep!) was so wonderfully funny and charming. The accommodations were clean and absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was a such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in San Jose.

it was recently renovated, clean, conveniently located near nightlife, restaurants, parks, museums and easy walking distance to all. the staff were the best! Fun, kind, treated us like family. you will love it hear! Also a great value.

The Convention Center Inn and Suites was lovely. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Nick, the person in charge was very helpful and kind. I really liked the location. I was within a short walking distance of everything I wanted to do. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. I felt safe walking alone. I will go back again.

Really well maintained property, close to university and city cemter. The owners are very supportive and nice people. The room is well equipped with fridge and microwave, also very clean and spotless. The shower has strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The windows are soundproof so traffic and planes are not disturbing the nights.

This is a treasure of a find. My stay was wonderful, and the room was immaculate. The people are warm , friendly, and helpful. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed me to shop at a nearby market and eat affordably. I highly recommend.

I can honestly say there was nothing wrong during my stay.

Room was as clean as a whistle. A standard room was large with a separate sitting area. Bed is on the firmer side, which I like, but know that going in in case you don't. Location is fantastic for anything downtown. Nearly attached to the property is one of the best coffee shops in the city--Academy Coffee, that will give you a great cup in the morning!

The only thing I would change was the comfort of the bed, it was a bit too firm for my liking. Either way I still was able to get good night rest.

The host was very friendly, helpful and funny :). It was also nice to have an iron and board in the room, so you didn't have to run after it. The parking at the hotel was also great.

No complaints

The owner greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived and was very welcoming. Though I arrived far too early to check in as I was planning to attend an event, he allowed me to park in the lot not only that day but also late in the day of check out even though I returned late. The room was very clean and comfortable and the addition of a small fridge and microwave was a nice perk. I highly recommend a stay here and will choose to do so again in the future!

Large, clean room in a convenient location right next to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The host was very nice and even reached out afterwards to check in on the stay.

Very helpful staff, rooms are very nice and clean. Quiet place. In the spirit, it must be more considered as an full fledged hotel than a motel. There is a coffee shop litterally next door, so getting a breakfast or a snack is no problem.

Not much to complain about. Simple spot.

Made for a perfect spot to leave your car and walk to the venue. 8 min walk to the civic center. Bed was very comfortable and room had good walls, didn't hear neighbors.

Some sound seemed to travel from the street but nothing that could really be controlled.
