You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOverall stay was good, expectations of a Marriott Owned property were not met. A few minor maintenance concerns were unexpected. Hot tub jets were not working, cable on one of the tvs was not working, transition point at carpet and flooring was loose and caused a tripping hazard. Refrigerator was unbalanced and very loud and then also room was not furnished with extra linens / bedding for the pull out sofa. All though these things were inconvenient the staff was apologetic and helped make our stay comfortable and restful. The staff was friendly and understanding. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people coming through the facility.

United Kingdomthere were a lot of children in the pool from 5pm till10pm screaming and making a lot of noiase and when they left the pool area they were running arround the hotel till late and sadly for us were above us so the banging and loud noise continued late. due to the number of children in the pool area for so long we were unable to use the facilities. the breakfast again should have been good but for the children having most of it nad returnign quite a few times nad using up the produce.

United StatesThe pool had to be treated with chemicals which meant it was closed most of the day. The spa Jets didn't work one day. Also a lack of information about the pool closure.
The room was huge. Full kitchen, the amenities in the room. We had a desk that had a roll top table. The shower was fantastic The breakfast was solid, pool was nice. Spa area was really nice as well. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient.

United StatesThe pool and spa was unavailable our entire stay. That was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I think all doors should ge checked periodically by someone to make sure they work properly. We were locked out of our bedroom n bathroom right before we were leaving for our event. The staff was right on top on trying to help us.But it took alot to get opened, it was little frustrating..

United StatesThe Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We arrival well before the end of breakfast and there were no cups for coffee (I had to go to the lobby to get a cup), there was no juice, no cereal, no oatmeal, no fruit, no waffles. There was a few pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches but they were not hot, Trash cans overflowing. The extra charge for parking just seems sneaky. Include it in the cost of the hotel stay.
