Clean and comfortable rooms. Cleaners and receptions staff super welcoming and friendly. Really made us feel at home. Facilities were good and the hotel was excellent value.

- I was asked to leave a deposit of around 100$ when I arrived - the shower was quite small - staff was okay Overall, it was a great stay and would come back!

Very clean room, comfortable beds, well-equipped with what you need and beyond (there's also a microwave in the room), perfect shuttle service to LAX airport.

The rooms weren’t as clean as the photos, definitely tired and need updating. The pool wasn’t heated and was also a bit dirty. People were smoking right outside our door which transferred the smell into our room with the door closed.

It’s extremely close to the airport which is great if you need a night or two close to LAX. There are restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance which is also great.

To be honest we only stayed for 5/6 hours as we were up at 4 in the morning to catch a flight….guy on reception was very good and booked our Uber in the morning for us 👍🏻

Booing.com tells me airport pickup, BUT I had to organize it at 6:00PM myself, had to find the right number and find out how it works. Fair enough, the reception had a voucher and the taxi driver was happy with it. Drop off in the morning was with their van, all good.

Loud. You can hear neighbors, workers, and trash truck pickups early in the morning. When we went to our room after check-in, there was huge giant trash bags tied to our room railings. No big deal, but the place looked messy and run down that’s all.

Rooms allocated were across the road which we had to cross with Luggage and kids. No elevators to reach our room on the 1st floor.

Free Airport Shuttle was efficient with courteous drivers and as described once an hour. Room was spacious and very close to the airport. Didn't charge extra for my 2 toddlers sharing the same bed.

There seems to be a trend in motels where they charge you a $100 deposit to cover damage you may do. They assume your guilt right up front. I am 72, I don't smoke or drink, I am out of the room all day, there to sleep only. Oh by the way I tend to be on the need side. I do not damage anything ,if I did I would let the staff know. I really think the $100 dollar deposit is a scam and the management is counting on you to be too busy to follow up and verify that your deposit is returned. I never have 'cause I am too busy. Now retired on fixed income I got to watch my money closely and I am watching.

The onsite staff was very good, friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The airport shuttle system wasn't working when I arrived late at night. I was told where to wait for a regular pick up in advance. After a while I messaged hotel to be told to ring them, and then on ringing to be told there was no shuttle as driver was ill. The hotel paid for a taxi, which had complicated conditions but was appreciated. However, having expressly asked about pick up beforehand it would have been good to have been told there was a problem

Hotel is in a handy position for the airport. It's clean and comfortable. Facilities are fine and staff all friendly.
