We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room had some maintenance issues which I told the front desk about. One was the bathroom sink drain pipe leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the bathroom door lock was about to come off. The toilet barely flushed. Had to flush 2 or 3 times to get everything down. With some maintenance, this place could be a great destination.
Bed was comfy. Slept great.

United StatesI was woken up at 3am by the fire alarm- only the hallway has a fire alarm and not the room so it was difficult to tell what was happening at first. The hotel was then evacuated due to a fire in the connected bar area. I only got 4 hours of sleep between my two 10 hour driving days
I'm in my mid 20s traveling alone so the low price pleased me. The facilities were rather outdated but it didn't bother me, everything was functioning just old.

United StatesI reserved the hot tub room, but upon arrival I was informed that the heaters have been down. So I had to settle for a regular king room(that meant the pool was also closed), i did receive a discount. I got to the room, there were zero towels, and two refrigerators. I turned the TV on, the picture was horrible, and barely any channels. The hotel smells like cigarettes horribly.
The bed was comfortable, price was decent.

United StatesPool is out of service, Maintenance workers smoking in shop with door open with Non smoking rooms all around. Heat was off in my room when I arrived. Fan would not kick off with heater so couldn’t sleep well and ended up shutting it off at 2am. Stains on carpet and walls. Dried blood on bedding. Bathtub appeared to have mold around it. Was told to park in back, doors are not secured. Lighting is bad. Cars covered in snow and another car with front end jacked up missing a tire. I did not park back there.

GermanyRoom needs a complete makeover and the bath is a joke. The carpet is ripped, you can't look through the window because there is something on it, which doesn't go away by scrubbing. The bathroom is the worst. There was a part of the toilet broken away and glued back to it. The tiles in the shower where bent into to wall. And the bathtub didn't work at first and then could only be stopped by pushing the tub in the wall. Which I guess shouldn't be this way.

United StatesThe only outlet in the main room was for the hanging lamp. My cell charger would not securely plug into the remaining outlet. The lamps between the beds did not work. I had to charge my cell and watch in the bathroom.

I asked for room service one night for the next morning. It never got done. I would like some of my stay refunded due to health concerns.
