The room where you check in doesn't resemble a familiar check-in desk and it threw me off. I wasn't sure if I was in correct spot but it was just a minor issue.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, loved the hot tub, room was clean and spacious and it was nice to have the continental breakfast.

The only downside was the loudness of the portable AC unit in the room.

We liked everything about our stay! The owners were nice and very accommodating. Location was perfect! Hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a long day. Nice continental breakfast was offered. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

King mattress was memorably too firm and uncomfortable

The owner went above and beyond with assistance, patience trying to help me figure out whether to cancel the reservation or get into Rocky Mountain National Park without my knowing I needed timed entrance reservations. Glad I stayed. Unfortunately, I arrived later in the afternoon and left exceptionally early in the morning so didn't have much time in the room or facility.

Parking was limited and stairs were hard after long day skiing. No elevators. Also if it’s snowing, all rooms face the road and you will hear the snow plow@5:50am for an hour. Had that both mornings and didn’t sleep well. The room and bed rumbled from it. That really sucked the most. Hot tub is really small. A second one would be preferred, otherwise fits two comfortably and 4 is crowded. It’s a wooden bucket of water must like the ones at Box Canyon Hot Springs in Ouray.

Walking distance to good eats and drinks. The owner/manager and front desk were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and newly updated. My only complaints are out of their control really short of expanding the parking lot, hot tub and putting in an elevator. The stairs we fine, but my legs were tired which is ultimately my problem so request for a floor level room if you don’t like the stairs.

We were really looking forward to the hot tub after a long day of skiing and travel but it wasn't functioning, and were not notified until we asked about it.

The location of the hotel was great — right across from a bunch of restaurants and bars/breweries. There was a shuttle stop across the street which was convenient for getting to winter park. There was also great storage for ski gear and the staff was friendly.

Tv only had a couple channels that worked and hot tub was broke.

The people at the front desk seemed a bit rushed. Thean who checked us in. Am older gentleman, seemed a bit put out. He was not overly helpful. Usually, they tell you the time of "breakfast". Just the little things. When, I checked out, I asked for a receipt. The lady kind of rolled her eyes.

The rooms were big. They felt a bit outdated. The location was nice. Right by food, etc
