The front office staff were kind and courteous. We ordered room service for breakfast....it was 40 mins late..mfood cold and bad....price for two people was outrageous!!

The air conditioning was loud. All the air vents were dusty and I sneezed the whole stay. The shower would not drain properly. And the room was not a true balcony room.

Front desk greeted me with a simple "Hello last name?". Not even a "Welcome". The greeting had little to no eye contact or warmth. Hotel is and felt tired and out dated particularly for the money ($473 for one night). When calling the front desk for a champagne or wine glass I was told that "we don't have any". This is an event hotel that holds conventions and weddings. I find this response completely unlikely and unacceptable. I had to go from my room down to the restaurant to get a wine glass. The chaise chair in the room had stains and the wicker frame was unraveling. Pool deck was not interesting and had no resort feeling. Very small and crowded feeling for the number of rooms in the hotel.

My trip was all I hoped it would be for me. The staff was awesome at the Westin. Wayne was great at the Lona, one of the restaurants inside the hotel. The best Mexican food and the atmosphere was great. I definitely recommend The Westin and the Lona restaurant. I even received two free drinks and dessert during my stay💜

Customer service at the Lona restaurant wasn’t the best. My table was over looked for at least 30 before I had to bring it to their attention.

The gym was not clean - the Peloton bike was full of sweat and rust, not maintained The lobby was always crowded and not enough front desk staff The pool is very small for the size of the hotel A charge to use the shower before my flight after paying $500 + per night I would rate this a good 3* hotel not 4* hotel

The pool water was always cloudy. Needs better filters or more chemicals! Gross.

The staff was great at every point of contact. We enjoyed our stay here more than our trip to Miami. The ocean was beautiful, and the grounds were maintained well. My only complaint was the pool. The water was always very cloudy and we couldn’t smell any chlorine. I only went in once and would use the rinse to cool off because I didn’t trust the water quality. We spent most of our time on the beach which was great. The surf was very gentile making entry/exit easy for me.

when I checked into my room, there was a dead fly on the floor, the entire room was not dusted, the bathroom was dirty still. while at dinner there was a live roach in the dining room.
