The room had no extra toilet paper and I had to go to the front desk to get more. You couldn't control the AC well because you couldn't tell what temperature was. One of the bed had a mattress that had an extra piece along the side. The breakfast room had the juice machine broken.

I didn't like that people was smoking cigarettes on the 3rd floor and that the other guest messes up the television so you can't watch it

my bathroom was nasty! it clearly was not cleaned because the toilet had urine on it and around the bottom. although we only needed one bed, the other mattress had a huge dent in it. Also, dirty towels were left outside our door all night and morning.

The bed in #109. The bed closes to the door was HORRIBLE. It had NO SUPPORT at all! You couldn't even sit on the side of the bed without fear of falling off. It felt like an elephant had slept on it. The other one was better. The pillows were a joke. It took two to make a decent one.

Wasn't informed about breakfast when I checked in. So, I missed that morning. Asked about it that evening. The next morning was in a rush, couldn't get there. But it smelled good as I checked out.

There was fighting in the room next door and arguing in the hallways on and off from arrival. However, there were many cameras and an active attendant watching them at all times. It was a central location in the city. The rates were a high considering the fighting and arguing. Someone got a tire on their Uhaul stabbed out before our arrival, some kind of retribution. We could hear loud banging just before 6 a.m. on the wall behind our beds. Two men were sharing the same woman. You could clearly hear what was being said and grunting as her head hit the wall. It was two black men double teaming someone that sounded from the description to be a call girl. A couple hours later there was arguing from the same room before checkout time between two black men. The breakfast was lacking. It was instant waffles, two varieties of cereal, and orange juice all self serve. No attendant. There was no protein. It was 1 percent milk. Considering the rate I expected a bit more.

The beds were comfortable. Room itself was great except some drywall damage with plaster in like five places. Excellent 4K HD TV and even three HBO channels. There was parking for trucks with trailers. They could accommodate about ten pickups with trailers and four semis. They were flexible on where to park. For an extra 20 dollars I checked in early. They were easy accomodations for a pet cat. It was available and I had been awake two days packing and driving so at least I had a safe room that was clean for the kids, cat, and I. I briefly got to enjoy the cable. They had a lot of channels.

It appeared to have many people living in the hotel and alot of noise from kids and loud TV and in and out of doors. not too restful. it was kind of un nerving. the heating unit was so noisy that I had to shut it off and lay under the covers because it got cold.

From the moment you walked in the building it reeked of cigarettes. Our room wasn't the cleanest and from 9pm-midnight people kept running up and down the hall slamming and beating on doors.

This is in regards to the first room we were assigned. When I opened the door a horrendous odor hit me in the face. Smelled like mildew and mold. The bathroom had rust in the tile area on the ceiling and was missing the overhead cover on the florescent light. I showed it to the manger who happened to be coming down the hall after checking another guest room for roaches and he was unsure what I was trying to tell him and looked at me with a puzzled look. He spoke very little english. The furniture had lots of nicks and scratches and upon opening one of the dresser drawers there was a hole the size of a soda can in the drawer. The linen on the bed appeared to be clean but well worn. The side entries are not secure so anybody can enter at anytime which made me a little uneasy. The common areas, hallways and elevator and stairwells are in need of deep cleaning and the walls touched up with paint. An easy remedy would be to tile the lower half of the wall or laminate of some kind to deter damage by the luggage racks. Speaking of which they are in need of major repair or being replaced. The one we used which seemed to be the only one in the building fell apart while transporting our luggage. We were totally aghast and declared that was our last stay.

First let me say this was not our first stay at this location. Wichita is my hometown and we have stayed here many times since 2017. When it was renovated it was fantastic. Beautiful interior design in the lobby and the rooms. Now the wear and tear if taking a toll and it's not being kept up and it's mediocre. All of the front entry is still great but beyond that it is needing some attention. We actually had to switch rooms and the second room was clean and fresh smelling. The drapes were not smelly and no scratched up furniture looking like it was pulled from a war zone. And the commodes looked as though they were recently installed and the proper "adult" size. Not low to the floor. I didn't see any rust in the bathroom area and the linen was clean and in good shape. Nice TV and great selection of channels, and good connection to WiFi. Mini Frig and microwave were clean and in good working order. Although the price has almost doubled it is still affordable.

outside smoking only, but there was nowhere to sit and no coverage from weather. The fridge was not plugged in early enough to be cold. There were no filters in the a/c and the room smelled of mildew. Stains on the comforters that looked like blood. No towels in room, had to ask for them and then ask for more as they only gave 2 and there were 4 of us.

The bed was terrible. The furnishings need be updated; insufficient and poor quality towels. The smell was bad; the air conditioner shut off during the night and never got truly cool.
