We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe facility is overall shabby. A small office area is behind bars and glass and is inconsistently manned. The carpet in our room was sticky and turned white socks brown. There is no elevator. I've stayed in many fourth-class hotels around the world, so I'm not that picky, but for a US hotel, it left a lot to be desired.
The location was easy to find and adequate to the event we were attending. Our room was large and the air conditioning worked. We were able to get extra hangers and pillows on request.

The walls and doors are beat up, with holes from drunk customers punching holes and no breakfast, no coffee, the in-room phone did not operate like the microwave, it didn't work either. Terrible, money grubbing, customer rip-off people running the place. I myself, and my entire family will never stay there again. I am posting this entire review on Facebook, and other Social Media outlets. MAYBE this will strike a business cord wit the owners, BUT I highly doubt it. That particular ethnic group, does not care about the paying customer, only about collecting money.

United StatesThe room reeked of cigarette smoke! They advertise themselves as a non-smoking property, but the room’s odor was beyond overpowering. In addition to the strong stench of cigarette smoke, the physical condition of the room was sub-par (and that’s putting it nicely). Both blankets had colored stains on them, knobs were missing on the bathroom cabinetry, and more. I had no choice but to spend as little time in the room as possible. They had no additional vacancies, and switching rooms wasn’t an option.
Not much, short drive to Newport was the only redeeming feature.
