Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesThe only thing that we could say was negative was the attitude of the night shift desk guy. He wasn't having a good day, we guessed, because he was snippy with us when we asked if the water bottles were complimentary. And he wasn't very friendly when we checked in. But that's not enough of a reason to not stay here again.
The bed was very comfortable, our son enjoyed the pool all to himself, the room was very clean.

United StatesThe fridge in our room was not on when we settled in. I finally figured out that it needed to be turned up and was not broken, but it took a while to get cold and that was concerning to me because we already had people sleeping and did not want to have to move to a different room or let our food go bad. Also, there was a high pitched noise all night, but I couldn't figure out were it was coming from. I was not the only one who heard it.
The breakfast was great. I also liked that the pool had a shower to rinse off there and the hot tub worked.

Check in was easy. Clerk was a little overwhelmed because a guest spilled their drink in the lobby and he had to go find a mop. By the time he found a mop there were three people in line waiting to check in.

Our overall stay was great. We were just staying for the night. The stay was pleasant and welcoming. We were immediately told about some issues they were having with TVs and the spa was down for the night. I appreciated them being forthcoming and it didn't effect our stay at all. The room was clean and felt new. The hotel itself was clean and felt new as well. Breckfast was good. (Eggs, potatoes and sausage with biscuitsand gravy). We are rebooking for our return trip.
