I did not like that you charge an over night parking fee if $40. I had to inconvenience my family member to drop off and pick up daily.

The shower head needed a build up cleaning the water spout in all directions. The pillows were not comfortable they were bulky and stiff.

The location was perfect it was so close to everything. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great. The room was clean.

The room had a weird smell I asked the lady that was cleaning the rooms if she had something to spray the room because it smell a little bit she gave me this bottle to spray the curtains an floor mats an it took the smell away but other then that everything was good I always stay here when we come to L.A :)

1 elevator was not working. It would take sometimes 10 minutes to get an elevator.

The hotel catered to our entire water polo team and their families. That’s a lot of people.

The restaurant & bar service could have been better. I waited 5 minutes to get my coffee order taken. I ordered a "vegetarian" burrito and was asked if sausage was ok. I told him no, but there were bits of meat in it anyhow. It was like a burrito was already made, opened up, and had the meat picked out by hand.

The front desk staff were not courteous or welcoming. Except for one employee who went above & beyond. Two other women front desk employees could care less about their guests. Awful welcome greeting and zero acknowledgement or thank you during check out. Treat your guests better.

Very clean room, extremely comfortable. Loved the amenities at this property! Basketball court, gym, pool. The bar food was excellent too.

The shower was not fully clean, there was residue from the shampoo and conditioner. Shower head pressure was very low.

The staff there are wonderful, when I needed something they would send someone over very fast. They have a restaurant downstairs where we could order breakfast (need to pay on our own tho) and the food there is amazing!

I can’t really say there was anything that made my experience unpleasant. I think the only issue I had was the staff not fully explaining my receipt to me but then again I could’ve just asked.

I loved the view from the 14th floor. Everything in the room was perfect, from the sizing to the decoration. I loved how it was not loud or noisy anywhere. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but I know that I will be staying at Sonesta again when I have the chance.

I’m never a fan of paying additional fees to park at the hotel. If I’m already paying several hundred dollars for a one night stay, why should an additional fee of $28 be added. There is not additional security or protection for your vehicle, so what’s t really the point. I’ve been to hotels before where the fee allowed you to park in a hardened structure or valet.
