Air consitioner not works, minibar empty, merhaba when i leave room all electric even refrigerator close :), bathroom smeels bad, half of TV chanels not activate most TV chanels was local chanel but Hotel is international soo international chanels should be aktive irish pub food posibilities limited

During our stay, the nights were very warm indeed due to air condition not functioning at all. Due to this, the window had to be kept open and this meant traffic noise from major road outside building.

It's not a tourist hotel. it's in a dead neighborhood, not bustling. You can't walk everywhere . You need a car. And English was a problem for drivers, but they tried their best.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, breakfast was basic. Standard business travel hotel.

Price was high for the room I got. There was some problem with the Air Conditioning. I couldn't change the temperature of my room's vent being the A/C central unit. So for 2-3 nights it was very hot. I had to keep the window open the whole time. Kindly look into that individual room vents. Breakfast was included in my booking but I got very less Vegetarian options, too much non veg. I found it problematic bcoz my wife is pure veg. She doesnt even eat eggs. So all she could eat was 3-4 types of breads and coffee/juice.

Overall Hotel was good. Staff was helpful. It was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was also decent.

The furniture in my room looked a bit old and worn. The door was all squeaky, and the room was not soundproof - I heard the noises from the hallway all the time. The gym could benefit from having more of different equipment, but it was largely ok. There were some issues with early check-in, which took a bit of time to be resolved but the reception handled it professionally. Last day, the service did not provide me with a lunch-bag although I specifically requested it due to early check-out.

The location was fine for me because I specifically looked for a place in the area. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but sufficient variety of food. The hotel had a pool, sauna (for extra fee) and the gym. The hotel also has 24/7 reception. The rooms were air-conditioned which was very good during the hot weather. Staff was generally very helpful. Rooms were clean, and had their own ironing board and an iron. New bottles of water were put in the room daily.

1. I stayed with this property 6 or 7 times this year. They definitely can’t improve the collaboration with online taxi order like Yandex Taxi - it continuously arrives to the end of the building near the trash cans of the hotel, but not to the entrance. Hindu hotel management does not care much about the logistics convenience of guests and keeps all barriers closed. No signage on barriers exist and Ramada Hotel is indicated as an address, not hotel in Yandex maps so only 1 of 10 taxi drivers makes the effort to get to front door of the hotel and pick up the guest properly. I mentioned that to hotel staff 5+ times with no success. 2. No cigar selection or humidor available. if they had one i would definitely buy cigars and smoke in their cigar bar.

Central Location,reasonable price, smoking lobby bar (one can smoke cigars if s(he) has it with him/her).
