Noise from next room but staff asked guests to be quiet and be considerate.

Everything is clean, tidy, smell good. New hotel so it has the top quality of a 5 star hotel. Good price too. I was surprised.

Some of the seemingly new staff hardly spoke any English which resulted twice in wrong food orders. As there was low occupation they must have cut down on staff scheduled in the evening which resulted in long waiting times for foodorders. With little kids who were hungry and tired it tested our patience :) but the quality of the food was very good and tasty.

Superb hotel in the center of Hué. Very close to the Presidential Palace and 5min walk to the trainstation. The hotelroom was spacious, with a very big comfortable double bed and enough room for an extra bed and babycot. We didn't have pool/gardenview but that was okay. Very nice facilities: lovely swimmingpool and sitting area, there's a fitness and kidsclub (kids loved to play here), lovely garden. The restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet with enough variety and the à la carte menu is very good as well.

Limited Breakfast Options: Alright, so the breakfast buffet could use a little more variety. It's not a deal-breaker, but a few more choices wouldn't hurt. Selective Service in the restaurant: It's cool that they cater to Western tourists, but it'd be even cooler if they spread the love to everyone. No one likes feeling left out. Room Size and Layout: Let's talk about the rooms. They're comfy and all, but they're a tad on the small side. And who thought it was a good idea to make us stand in the bathtub to shower? That's just asking for trouble.

Friendly and Helpful Receptionists: The receptionists at Silk Path Grand Hue are not just helpful; they're also super friendly. It's like getting a warm welcome from old friends. Traditional Uniforms: I love how they rock their traditional uniforms. It's not just stylish; it's like a little piece of Hue and Vietnam right there in the lobby. Great for inspiring tourists! Harmonious Decor: The lobby is a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern vibes. You can really feel the Hue royal concept shining through. Central Location: Being near Hue station is a huge plus. It's like having the city at your doorstep, ready to explore.

A little out of the main town for bars and restaurants but getting grab taxis was so cheap and easy so not an issue .

Excellent hotel ...Great service, lovely well appointed bedroom and bathroom, fabulous communal areas and never seen such a comprehensive breakfast buffet before. Highly recommend.

A bit distant from the noisy part of the city.

It is a hotell which provides all services for a reasonable price. The breakfast is fabulous. The gym is OK. The pool is not for swimming but cooling down. There is a beautiful garden. The room is perfect. The service is extremely helpful.

The Silk Grand Path Hotel in Hue is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and very well-designed and decorated. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful and kind. It's in a great location in Hue and within walking distance to many sites. We would stay here again!

We only booked one night in this hotel but I would recommend booking for longer if possible. The hotel is beautiful and clean and staff are so helpful. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our travels around Vietnam.
