Bathroom didn't have lock as it was broken, balcony grill was rusted and people threw cigrette filters in rusted grill of balcony

Some bedsheets were stained. There was a leak in the sink that dropped directly onto the bathroom floor. It wasn't 'clean', but was okay for the price paid. The light switch for the bathroom was hanging off the wall

The room facility is very old and minor broken not same as what shown on the photo. No mineral water or coffee provided in the room only kettle to boil the water. One of the towel conditions was torn and wear on the edge. Still use packet shampoo and bath gel. Toilet exhaust fan is very noisy. This facility needs major maintenance.

Location is good near center of attraction area. Walking distance to lake and shop. Reception can speak English. Bed is comfortable.

Poor condition. The hotel was very old. Bathroom full of scale. The bed was hard and I found a couple of ants in the sheets.

I lost my pill box containing different earrings in our room. I left it there and it was gone after our room was cleaned. We didn’t ask for house keeping that day but someone still came to our room and changed our towels, that’s how we knew. Also on our last day, we were resting in our room when the cleaning lady came in and I told her there’s no need to clean up because we’re checking out the next day and our towels are still good, but she still came in and entered the bathroom which doesn’t have a lock and I told her to stop because my sister is in there and she walked in on her. We only put up the please clean our room sign once but they still enter our room even without the sign. The refrigerator doesn’t really work to chill drinks but it’s more like a food cabinet. Was kinda disappointed about this because of the hot weather we wanted a place that has a refrigerator to chill our drinking water.

The beds are very comfortable, ac as well as the hot and cold shower works well. Staff are very friendly and location is near the lake and many famous restaurants.

no window so room had bad damp smell from shower didn’t get room I booked - paid for superior double, was given a basic room with 3 single beds so very hostel vibes no lift access - had to take a lift to a different floor and drag suitcase down very steep steps have a kettle but nothing to make tea or coffee with electrics aren’t maintained - my aircon shortcuited at 4am which meant 3 hours of non stop beeping, not good when you have an early start. no one to report it to as reception isn’t 24 hours

staff are amazing - kept in touch with us throughout pre checkin and during our stay, giving us helpful tips on the area and a map. They were kind and helpful and the real charm of the hotel rooms are clean location couldn’t be better quiet (no window so no room noise) so excellent sleep toiletries provided I only needed a cheap base for exploring Hanoi and then going to halong bay which is exactly what I got here

The only window in our room was within the stairwell and there is a light with a sensor that is activated regularly through the night and lit up the room too much, we had to cover with a towel

We stayed in a family room, comfortable and close to the centre so great location for food & drinks. We arranged transport with the hotel for arrival as we were arriving in the middle of the night, excellent service and we had a quick check in. Housekeeping everyday if we wished and always a friendly hello when we went through reception. Would stay again

unfortunately the property next door was having MAJOR works done so it was VERY noisy. but we were only making a quick pit stop before onwards travel so didn’t affect us too much.

location is great, you’re easily accessible to old quarter & surrounds. The staff member, Stone on the front desk was super friendly and helpful at check in.

The facilitie are a little basic and old but everything is in working order. We were in the superior family room which was a bit small for 3 persons.

Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Very keen to help. The location of the hotel is excellent near one of the lakes so good for walks. Exeellent laundry and taxi service.
