Had arrived at our hotel to be told the aircon was not working in the room. So we were given the ultimatum of waiting around for hours, or moving to their sister hotel. We got to the other hotel and it did live up to our expectations.

They had kettles in the rooms but no mugs and hotel could not supply these. I had already walked to shop to get milk but still couldn't make a cuppa. One room did not have a window. This was not stated.

Very clean serviceable hotel. Excellent location for walking to centre surrounded by bars and eateries. Basic but comfortable. Wish we had upgraded to the picture window room. We were on first floor but even so was not too noisy.

The pillows were so think and like rock, probably the worst pillows I’ve slept on in Asia. I literally couldn’t sleep majority of the night as my neck was hurting so much from them. Softer, slightly thinner pillows would be good, or another set of pillows on the bed that are thinner and softer. Minor downfall

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped with luggage and also offered to help with booking excursions. Upon checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage there locked up as our train out of the city wasn’t until the evening. Very clean, minimalistic room with everything you need such as fridge, tv, and clean room close to all major touristy activities.

I didn't like the smell in the room. I had to open all windows to let the odor get out of the room. Moreover, the personnel didn't speak in English. I find it quite weir because many foreigners lived there before and left good reviews.

I liked that the location of the hotel was quite comfortable. It is located to so far away from the center and main sightseeing. The view from my room was nice. The air conditioner and fan were working fine. There as a small family mart shop nearby as well as Starbucks

I did not get a city view for my room instead it was a view of a rooftop where I think laundry was being done just outside my room. I was bummed about that but too tired to care. At one point they had chained the front doors of the hotel with a bike lock chain upon my return to the hotel in the early morning. My concern of a fire with no place to escape came to mind.

Location is great. Place was clean the staff were very accommodating and the bathroom was certainly a nice change from hotels I’ve recently experienced. I like that they had both a fan and aircon in the room. They were very eco friendly with the room key giving power to the room. Wifi on every floor was a great convenience.

Because the hotel was centrally located, there was a lot of activity on the street. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but there is a lot of activity.

The central location made it very easy to be picked up by tour operators.

i booked the sweet room but they showed me a double room. i asked if it was not my booked room and they said no sweet room in this hotel and if you do not like to double room you have to go to another hotel. i couldn't help but annoying and i had to go to Lucky star hotel 266 de tham. they keep the deposit money and my passport when i rented a motorbike. they requested the deposit money and my passport when i did rent a motorbike. 2 between 3 million vnd
