Good location, and good value for the money, just the rooms are a little bit small, but you are going to be in the city most of the time anyway. It's in a quiet area, which is pretty good.

Very rudimentary toiletries. We were on a short trip so did not have our own stuff but would recommend you do for here.

Hotel was in a quiet little alley off of busier ones and close to the big park. Room was a good size with good AC and fan. Hotel had a simple rooftop Patio that was nice in the evenings when the breeze cooled things down. Excellent value overall.

Some reviews say a little hard to find.. But just walk up the lane (alley) at 283 Pham Ngu Lao until you get to No. 11-13.Not sure how you communicate with manager if you don't have Whatsapp, as normally no one at reception. Usual vietnamese shower that gets the whole bathroom wet!

Great location in quiet lane only 200m from street with all the bars (and sports bars). Nice rooftop terrace. Manager met us at reception when we arrived and added as contact on Whatsapp. Very quick to respond to any queries or needs communicated through Whatsapp. Good security with security lock at front door when no-one at reception. Cheap little laundry across the lane.

There is no shower curtain so after taking a shower the whole bathroom becomes wet.

The cleanliness. The staff is good. The location is very good because it is in the city center and near to many tourist destinations.

We occupied 3 rooms. The family room had some issues like the bathroom was kind of see through and there's no privacy. The door to the balcony was also broken making it unsafe to leave items in the room. There were also multiple instances where we can't fit more than 2 people in the elevator because there were random items in it - boxes / mop / rugs. Although it seems a lot of tourists stay in this location, the streets going to the hotel was really dirty. So please manage your expectations in the environment... if you're not very sensitive on these kind of things, you should be good.

The location was really near the city's attraction and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well. The wifi connection was pretty stable. The rooms were spacious and fairly maintained. Although our rooms were in the 5th floor, there's an elevator available for use. There's a hot/cold shower available. Basic toiletries are available but not refillable (Understandable given the price) The host was kind enough to give us free water daily. The host was also responsive on any questions or concerns we have.

probably the only thing we didn’t like was the lack of privacy as the bathroom had glass, partly frosted windows for walls. we felt that was a bit odd for a family room.

Our bathroom had some mold on the seams, which is not surprising. There is no noise insulation, so we heard everything from the street and the corridor, but luckily it's a quiet street. If you have trouble sleeping, take some ear plugs with you. Also, the WiFi wasn't fast and very well connected, but it was passable.

A cheap hotel at a good location. It was what we were looking for a couple of nights and right next to our bus pickup. Everything went smoothly. Although the room was old and the furniture was banged up, it was quite clean. For some reason, upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room than we booked.

in order to come in after midnight, we had to contact the owner, who would then open the middle gate from inside. It felt a bit awkward. I didn’t like disturbing him, also we came in one night after a rock show, and he commented on the time.

Great location with everything needed for dining, entertainment and travel agents close by. The host was very warm and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed and giving great recommendations. we wouldn’t have had nearly as good of an experience without these recommendations He gave us a free upgrade on arrival and made sure to open the doors at any hours to ensure security at the property.
