Our stay at Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Davi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. His assistance in organising our checkout and arranging a taxi to the airport was invaluable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine concern for our comfort truly stood out. The hotel’s commitment to customer service, as demonstrated by Davi and the rest of the team, made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel to anyone seeking a superb hospitality experience. Also, perfect location in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Great location. Great staff. Had everything we needed and more for our stay in Hanoi. David helped us to plan our trips from Hanoi and made sure everything ran like clockwork. For example he arranged a trip to Halong Bay to directly follow our trip to SaPa. We arrived back from SaPa at 5.30 in the morning, the hotel provided us with a room to rest and wash. We then had breakfast and were picked up at 8.00 for our trip to Halong Bay. Seem less. David made our plans reality and we had a fun, stress free time because of their care and service.

Facilities are a bit dated, and it’s a noisy area so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, but overall it was good value for money.

Hotel is in a central location close to many shops. Staff were very attentive and we were served tea on arrival. We got upgraded to a balcony room and David even offered to walk us to the bus stop after we checked out.

Great location- and the staff were brilliant. They helped make our trip to Hanoi a great experience. David and his team worked tirelessly to make our stay really enjoyable and was always available on WhatsApp. Once we’d booked with Booking.com David got in touch with us and helped us to organise our trips to Sapa and Halong Bay and our airport transfers. This ensured we had a completely relaxed and enjoyable time. To demonstrate this, when we mistakenly left a valuable piece of clothing on the cruise boat at Halong Bay, and only realised that we’d left it behind once we’d left Hanoi, David reclaimed the item from the cruise ship and forwarded it on to our hotel at Ho Chi Minh, and treated it as it being no hassle or problem.

The service was perfect. We got everything we needed. During waiting times we got tea. Everyone was so kind and we felt very comfortable. Shower water is temperamental between hot and cold, but so am I, so it’s not a deal-breaker

Ideal location , sound proofed, spacious neat and clean , balcony for ‘fresh’ air. Lovely buffet breakfast , staff exceed customer service , great laundry service, tv fridge kettle air con in room all ideal.

Mngr. David, Anne and Hannah were great host. They took care of us very well. The hotel room was clean, spacious and great location. The breakfast spread was v nice with very warm atmosphere, they even offered us a packed breakfast as we had very early checkout. Stayed for 2 days as travelling friends. The location is excellent with night market, beer street all within stone throw. Highly recommend this place for all travellers.

Nice location, good value for money, nice staff. My only very small complaint were the very noisy twin beds. Otherwise, a lovely stay for 4 days.

The bathroom in room 803 looked a bit tired and in need of an update. This was the only issue we had with the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, here's why: - location: in old town, thankfully a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of night market and beer street. all sights in walking distance. we really liked it. - staff: very nice and helpful - breakfast: nice buffet incl. vegetables, sausage, egg (fried / omelette / scrambled), toast, selection of local eats, pancakes, fruit, coffee, tea, water etc - room: not too big, not too fancy, but it has all you'll need, only thing it was a bit damp (it rained all the time so that might not have helped) - tour: after checking out we ended up booking the one day ha long cruise with them (boat hercules). very good value for money incl veggie food options at buffet and english speaking guide. just be aware the bay is super crowded, but we're all part of the problem, so how could we complain :)
