Really far from the oldtown; the staff is very young, with no experience ; the room is beautiful but very dark and small; the food and drinks are overpriced

Nice hotel with 5-star quality. The room was very lovely and colorful. They've thoughtful enough to have little notes on the bed for room service and changing towels. The area I love most is the restaurant with airy space and full with natural lighting. The food was good too, the chef prepared a vegan menu for my stay and I was very pleased with their assistance. Just need to notice the reception about your diet and they'll make sure you have what you need anytime.

Visited Smarana on my latest trip and got chance to experienced another interesting aspect of Hanoi through the colorful paintings displayed all over the hotel. Various choices for the breakfast and they also have à la carte with fine dining quality.The only down side is I could only stayed here one night.

My expectations were exceeded by this experience. A boutique hotel is not in the heart of Hanoi but is still a good place to hang out and eat. Excellent service, comfortable furniture, and friendly staff.

Wonderful lodgings! The ground level lounge is decorated like a gallery. There is historical significance to each painting from Asia. I'm simply stopping by to grab a cup of tea and catch up with a pal and the barista there is incredible.

Our stay at Smarana Hanoi Heritage was lovely! The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Ms. Hien who gave us a hotel tour and gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to see in Hanoi. She was very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal for guests who prefer privacy.The breakfast was good, as was the food in the restaurant. We also had a spa treatment and this was amazing! The skybar is cool for a drink at night with lovely rooftop views! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay here again

A wonderful place to visit in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Winter Suite. The area is well-furnished, tidy, and well-organized. Everyone working here is very kind and eager to assist. And the boutique hotel's stunning architecture gives me a window into Vietnam's illustrious cultural past.

The newly opened hotel, everything is brand new. Most of the staff are young, super nice and cute. This is a small heritage hotel, but it offers some unique experience that bigger international hotels don’t have. Highly recommended.
