“The property is very poorly managed and very dirty. Toilets are broken, the cupboard kept some empty boxes that were supposed to be refused. There was dust and it was not appetising at all henve we cancelled the booking. It might not be glamourous but at list it should be clean. The owner was not even friendly when hearing that we want to cancel, no customer service at all”
