The google directions took us through very dangerous area and the Addo African sign was obscured by cactus so also ended up driving into informal settlement.

We were from over seas so it would have been super helpful to know the safest way to get to the hotel. We did take a fairly dangerous route R 335 and only found this out when there was a sign at reception saying don't take this highway. If you could let international guests know the safest way to come would be beneficial I am not sure if you can include this in your spiel somehow or put it on your website but we were coming from Capetown and should have gone the long way around instead of route 335. This was a very dangerous way to come and luckily we did it through the day. We obviously didn't take this route back to Port Elizabeth on our way home. We came back on the R 342.

We were upgraded from a smaller room to a larger one which was lovely. The facilities were fantastic and nothing was too much effort. the onsite restaurant was absolutely lovely. We were doing a run in Addo elephant National Park and it was so convenient.

The restaurant was unexpectedly French cuisine when we were expecting traditional African. The food was fine but it was very expensive. Restaurant in Addo was a much better option

What a pleasure to be here. The rooms are so well taken care of. Everything is clean, spacious and eco friendly. The restaurant is a must visit. Molo Lolo is the best we had since our trip. Very nice stay thank you.

The occasional mosquito but nets are provided around the beds and sprays also in the room.

Extremely friendly and engaging staff, nice atmosphere and very easy going vibe. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is not to be missed. We booked both full and half day game drives both very good. Really knowledgeable guide and the full day has a very tasty bbq. The natural pool is a first for us, great to swim, with dragon flies skimming the pool, it’s not luxury but it’s truly memorable.

This place was absolutely amazing, I regretted that we were only there for one night. Not only was the whole setting beautiful and taken care of great, the restaurant is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful and if you are a foodie like me, you are going to enjoy this very much!

Just be prepared that there might be bugs buzzing around at night - but there are mosquito nets provided in the accommodations! :)

Not a dislike, but not enough surface space to put a few minor unpacked items down. Didn’t need cupboard as I was only staying for one day, but I still needed access to a few items.

Gardens were lovely. The information about how water is conserved and used in the area was very interesting and helpful, and coming from previously drought restricted CapeTown, was very happy to support the process. Loved the naturally filtered swimming pool. And culinary training and French cuisine for dinner was delicious.
