We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Loved the huge ,modern room ,bathroom and outside shower. Breakfast and other meals were excellent and most reasonable. Large TV in the room perfect for the final at Roland garos.

South AfricaIt was advertised as being suitable for families, but there is only 1 beds per room, although the staff was accommodating, and happy to put a mattress on the floor. As a result though, we had to book 2 rooms, which were not next to each other, and divide up the family. Not a major issue, but when I was booking, it was not clear that this was the case.
The rooms were very spacious with very comfortable beds and lovely lighting. The bathroom was huge, with the bonus of an outdoor shower! The small fridge for snacks is a bonus, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the heatwave!

IsraelIncluded breakfast was disappointing. - Couldn't order from menu, which I expected when I booked. - We asked for water with our breakfast, and we were charged for it. Seems odd that water isn't included in breakfast. Hot-water ran out - While I was showering, water ran out quite quickly. - The hotel staff didn't really do anything about it. They came to the room to ask about it, and then left. - No one said anything about it for the rest of the stay. Old TV - No Netflix or anything modern. - Couldn't even connect my laptop. - Only DSTV For the price and type of hotel, this is all suprising.

South AfricaUnfortunately, breakfast was not what we expected. There is only one option so you can’t really chose and it’s rather boring. It’s not exceptional but feels like you could get it at any hotel chain. Especially because of the highly positive reviews, we expected more than an ordinary breakfast (toast, yoghurt, eggs with bacon, mushrooms, tomato). However, the staff was very nice and they offered a vegetarian option by replacing the meat. The location is not very nice as the place is directly next to the road and the trucks might wake you up. Overall, it’s a beautiful place but it’s nothing special that makes it worth paying so much money.
The whole place is beautiful with lots of details, open and green space, and well-maintained. The room was amazing, it’s huge for two people with everything you need and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, room-service was very nice and dinner was great.

South AfricaI overpaid through booking.com. I was charged just over R4600 for the evening for four of us. Whereas if I had booked directly through the summer special I would have paid R3500. Not sure where the extra goes. I have used booking.com extensively over the years but this has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth

South AfricaEverything was on par, there’s nothing not to like. but the food could’ve been better prepared.
It’s clean and beautiful…the shower outside just what we needed. The sushi was the highlight when it comes to the food.
