The view is amazing. It's that seeing is a believing type of vibe, so do give them a try and thank me later. The bedrooms are spacious and ensuite, and all other rooms are equally spacious. The area is safe.We felt like we were home away from home.I highly recommend the accommodation.Niall is so friendly and very welcoming. My expectations were exceeded.

During summer an air conditioner might be a good idea but since we stayed there during April it wasn’t an issue for us.

Location, view and value for money. No hassles with check-in. Had everything we needed. Just all round comfortable and convenient stay.

The host treated us a bit like children being reprimanded when sitting down and giving a run-down of all the rules. There are many funny small steps (obviously a problem with leveling the floor) and this was a bit of a hazard when moving around.

Outstanding stay at Bikini Beach Manor! My recommendation-forget going out to restaurants-just get some provisions and some great wine from the Winelands close by, and stay at home, have a braai and enjoy the sweeping views of False Bay. Nothing better!

This is like a millionaire villa on the hill, overlooking the bay. Amazing appartement on the top floor, very very nicely decorated and very comfortable. And sitting on that huge balcony is a blessing!

I really love the room which was the studio.. They say it's the cheapest but it felt so comfortable, the furniture there was great, I got everything I needed, irons, microwave, coffee maker and etc. It is very, very affordable ❤️ Yoh not to forget the outside see view and pool area🔥🔥🔥

The property wasn’t well cleaned when we go there the microwave was so dirty we had to clean it before using it and the were no small cloth in the kitchen but other than that we enjoy our stay.

I had high expectations for this stay because of the stunning pictures online and I can say that it definitely lived up to my expectations. The views were stunning and the private balcony and deck that came with the apartment was a nice touch. I enjoy my privacy so this was very nice. Even though it's self catering, the apartment really comes with everything that you could ask for, ranging from the basics like ample towels to the more luxury items like a coffee machine, a huge flat screen TV and a dishwasher. The communication from the owner, before arrival and upon arrival was very good, I was even kept abreast of the loadshedding times throughout my stay which meant that we could plan our day accordingly.

N/A - There was nothing to dislike.

The Host was very Friendly. We checked in on Christmas day and the host arranged an early check in for us. Furthermore, the property is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed at the property for 4 nights and even on the last day the view was still breath taking. A stay at this location is indeed value for money, I will definitely visit bikini Beach Manor again in the future.
