The floors and carpets weren’t clean My room was not cleaned on a daily basis Shortage of towels we are a family of 4 and everyday they gave us only 2 towels We had to request towels everyday When our room was cleaned it wasn’t of a very high standard The one day we left the kids bath water Only to come back and find it in the tub

We got issues with our last minute delayed flight arriving in the middle of the night and they chartered a shuttle for us.

The bathroom ceiling was coveredl with blood splashes... The communication was not very good. You need to call/WhatsApp for the shuttle bus to come which they didn't say beforehand. The welcome message says it comes every hour. You only know this by looking for signs at the airport.

The location is good, bit further from the airport than other hotels but there's a shuttle bus. The property is very large which is nice.

1. Stay was good although we didn't get to swim due to rain 2. Reception was very good 3. Facilities were great and breakfast . 4. When we first got in the room it wasn't cleaned and bed wasnt done, towels were still wet seemed like a guest had just checked out but it was cleaned immediately we reported it 5. It was very comfortable 6. Also the food was the value for my money

At one point I could hear a TV from another room when trying to sleep.

Parking is large enough for a bus or truck, the mattress was comfortable and the rooms are nice and dark. The kitchen closes late at the Cafe allowing for a late dinner.

Complimentary waters none existent...Shower not clean...layout a bit strange.

Breakfast closes too early at 09 30 , you have to walk a distance to get to the breakfast room so that makes you have to get up even earlier to catch the breakfast. Airport shuttle only runs until 11 PM must make the guests aware of that, rather, on booking.com site. Cold tile floor could do with a doormat to prevent the rain and stuff from being walked into the room. Best to bring slippers since hallway and bathroom floors are cold tiles. No bath. Tv channels limited choice.

Bedlinen was fabulous. Perfect.. Luxurious. Staff was all very helpful and polite and efficient. Drinking water in the room. Large room. Internet worked well. The shuttle driver fetched me a trolley and placed my luggage on it, by the airport return. Very pleasant staff treatment all around

noise from others residents at night was continuous through the night and disrupted stay. on first night room next door had loud music being played and after long haul flight was not pleasant. second night room on opposite site the people sat outside talking till early hours without respecting others sleep.

Restaurants that were under constructions and not able to use. Not mentioned anywhere.

The room was ok but we booked nights to be sure we could keep the room until 18.00 but paid 2 nights. I asked for an extra dayroom for my kids who were coming from Mauritius for 4 hours and had to pay again . So actually we overpaid a lot.

No restaurant menus. I booked months in advance and put notes on my booking but nobody bothered to read the notes and respond to my request. When I called a day before my stay none of your telephones was working. When I arrived I was given a smoking room that was stinking of tabacco, however I was moved to a better room. New room 705 was like someone had been running on the bathroom ceilings as it is dirty, please check this! Scrambled eggs at breakfast day 1 was like rubber and small pebbles. Second day was much better. Scrambled eggs should be nice and fluffy and large chunks please for your information.

The room was beautiful and spacious. And the staff was welcoming and very helpful, from reception to the ladies at laundry, I was treated very well. I absolutely loved that place, I would definitely visit again and even recommend the place to my friends and family.

Felt like it wasnt very clean, items on the carpets and in the dustpin. Shower has no door so sprays the entire bathroom and tiles showed previous water marks.

Our booking was for an executive room with a bath. We were given a standard room with a shower only. Therefore we had to go back to reception and move rooms so that we can get the room that we had booked
