There's nothing I didn't like.

I like everything about the accommodation, everything was in order in my room, the garden was very cool and clean, the restaurant was also good and very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The TV in the rooms was not good. It seems like the place attracts corporate guests, and the existing channels are not accommodating business travellers. There were no News channels, mainly because there were no paid channels.

The breakfast was great with a variety to choose from. The chefs/waiters were very hospitable. The rooms are a spacious and accommodate for workstations especially those who works virtually/ hybrid. You can integrate working and relaxing at the same time. It is conveniently located near restaurants/shop and corporate office , good for those who are there on business trips.

Accomodation: One of the Carpeted rooms was disappointing. Carpet was an issue.Extremely musty, couldn't sleep well as a result. spoilt the experience. Poor pool facilities. Unhygienic. Salads for Braai were disappointing. Not much effort made . For dessert whipped cream was used and not Fresh cream as promised.Tasteless. Poor quality ice- cream.Should have offered Rich n Creamy choice. Clover is best choice for such occasions.

Location was appropriate for family get- together. Spit Braai was excellent. Staff Very accommodating. Furry friends was a pleasant surprise. Appreciate effort to reserve one room without carpet for health reasons..

The bathroom shower, I wish the shower wasn't in the bathtub. Also I had a special request which was not met.

The food, breakfast and dinner was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The place is also tranquil.

1. The TV quality 2. We looked up the Restaurant Menu online just to get there only for a few items to be on display, and my son is a picky eater. 3. The Dinner experience was not great, the food took too long to come, I would think with an already set out menu it means the food would arrive quicker and the lady helping us, didn't communicate much, maybe if she would have told us how long it would take, we would have left to go to our room and came back to fetch the food. She even started eating in front of us, and my children asked why she is eating we are not, because they were very hungry.

1. The receptionist 'Puseletso, I think' was great, very helpful even before we arrived when I called because I was lost. 2. The Bed was very comfortable. 3. The Breakfast was excellent, I was very happy. - Honestly the main reason I would come back. 4. The lady at breakfast was very nice, helpful and made sure we were good. 5. The Wi-Fi worked very well, we loved it.

No Dstv just normal sabc channels and they were also unclear, no Iron in the room, the pool was non functional. Lights went out at 8pm and there was no back up generator, had to wait until loadshedding was over 😔

I loved the view and the rooms, fresh and clean, the breakfast had a variety and catered for everyone, the kitchen staff very helpful and friendly, the room had more than what I expected when it comes to bath soaps, they had shampoo and conditioner, also a kettle and heater

I would have appreciated an instruction manual on how to operate the room's air conditioning. I also would have appreciated there being more blankets in the room.

I enjoyed the food selection. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the mini-fridge. The service from the staff was also good overall as they were friendly and efficient and they answered all my questions.

Since load shedding is part of our lives, it is advisable for establishments to invest in alternative energy sources. it’s not nice to experience load shedding in a hotel when it’s very cold the Wi-Fi password didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal

The electricity power cuts due to Eskom's ongoing load shedding are really disruptive. I wish the property could invest on an alternative power source.

The breakfast is was fairly good & the location is perfect, hence accessing nearby major places easy.
