The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chalet was clean and convenient. The position is great - near the sea and shops. Unfortunately, we were kept awake most of the night by very noisy neighbours.

There wasn't anything to drink after 10 hours on the road. No information on where to get some food. However, it was a last minute booking.
We were there overnight only. Arrived at 6:30 pm and left at 7:00am next day. The security guard gave us our keys. We had a brief encounter with reception the next day which was good. Difficult to make any valid assessment

South Africa1 review“It was okay. The units need revamping. Guests need to be warned about monkeys and moles.”The heavy wind and rain combinaton had the water coming in through the front door. A rubber stopper for the door should be fitted. We had to use towels and kept squeezing them dry. Nobody checked to see if visitors were okay.

It was very spacious and a short walk to the beach (10 min). Very nice pool area and ocean views from the balcony.

My unit had a carport but someone was using it and even after I reported it nothing was done about it. I even went to security to ask him to find the person who was using my carport so they move their car but still nothing was done.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. Maggie and Gloria went out of their way to assist us with the issues.

South Africa1 review1 helpful vote“we had a wonderful, memorable family holiday after a very tough year”We arrived on 31st December and left on 5th January and our room was only serviced once . With 2 smaller children - this is not enough! on enquiry we were told that the staff were limited and were not scheduled to clean our room. for example the bins were not cleared between the 31st and 3rd January - not healthy or pleasing . We could have put our rubbish outside like some guests and then it would be trashed by the vervit monkeys - a real problem at the property.
The management met us with a friendly greeting on arrival - Beverly and Gloria - we thought this was a great touch. Reception was always friendly when we went to book a Spa etc and get a plug for the bath . The location for this property could not be better and we will be back.
