No staff could be found. My partner had to turn the gate onto manual operation and let me out. I found this totally unacceptable that even a security guard could be found. I was over an hour late….

Had to be assisted by neighborhood security. The telephone is not number was not working. Kindly fix the lighting outside, telephone number and a clear entrance.
The place was beautiful clean and ambiance was great. Staff was Friendly the rooms are big and clean. Keep up.

South Africa5 reviews“A bit tired”There is no soap in the bathroom. There was a hair/body wash in the shower but no soap at the wash basin to clean your hands. There is insufficient plugs in the room to plug in a laptop and work, I had to move the dresser/desk to unplug the kettle to charge the laptop. Outside the room, I get the impression the place is run down and falling apart.
The staff was friendly and very eager to help. The bedroom was nice, cosy and warm.
