Even though they were cleaning the beach while we're there the public areas are very littered. We had water filtering through the floor in a couple of locations

1. The rooms should be refurbished to align with modern facilities. 2.The patio could be improved with a built in braai facility 3. Community development is essential in order to attract more tourists. I.e The gravel road. Please work with local authorities as by doing so you can create the much needed jobs.

There were times the power went out for a few hours but this was not the accommodations fault, it was an issue with the municipality. I would also not drink the tap water, so be sure to bring 5 liter bottles with you. Also, no where in this area did any place take card. So have cash with you and put it in a safe place.

The location is great! It is very peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had amazing access to the beach and so close to hole-in-the-wall. There is good security and lots of happy dogs around.

Beds were not really comfortable. No spare key for 2 people to lock-up especially if one had to leave early in the morning and not disturb the other person. Did not inform us that tap water was not drinkable. No 5L water in rooms for drinking. Had to request this and only received a day later. Limited toilet rolls. Menu in the restaurant stated seasonal vegetables. They only offered butternut and was not flexible to prepare peppers and mushroom even though these are used in the pizzas.

I left my takkies in the room not any other way whatsoever tried by staff to notify me. I had no luck with the contact number as well to tell the hotel. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and taps were rusty

Unfortunately the road from the N2 to Hole in the Wall is a disgrace. It is a pity that I can not recommend going to First Group at Hole in the Wall just for 1 night's stay...the road is just too bad for the trip.

No view from our chalet, but very clean and neat inside the resort. Location is good, close to the beach. Close to Hole in the Wall and lovely hikes along the coast. Restaurant below average. Shop very expensive (understandable) and could add a few basics.

the wet floors in my room, i am not sure if there was some sort of leaking from the roof or from the floor, but my clothes in my bag got wet

what i really enjoyed was the opportunity to experience and witness the Hole in the Wall as well as the Waterfalls. The location of your resort is perfect, the roads have some potholes, but the surroundings of the mountains ,is mind blowing. the only thing that i personally did not like, was the wet floors in my room,

WwasThere are no Tv's in the Rooms .The beds are not comfortable.They need to improve the cooking .

We enjoyed the location of Hole In The Wall - a little on the wild side, remote, relaxed. the beach was amazing. The walk to the hole in the wall was fun. Being introduced to 'boiling point' was great. We did a lot of walking. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The road to get there is horrible, the chalet it's self does not have value for money...the bathroom handle door broken, it's not as clean as expected floors were sticky and there is nothing to hang wet clothes

You could see the drainage system need an urgent upgrading. I was so glad we were here. Saw the place is going on an auction in January

The nature was number 1 here. The facilities was fine with the unit we had. The staff was friendly. There was someone to help us to offload our baggage. The parking is a more on a first come basis. You will get the parking that suit you the best. Although we were in the middle up you could still walk to the sea. Our seaview was magnificent. You need to take drinking water along. The shop on the facility have most of the important things. I would also suggest your own charcoal and blitz. The scenery is fabulous, hole in the wall, baby hole, boiling point. Every morning we were on the beach. We were luckey the seawater was clean you could see your feet. Nice to swim and read a book.
