Everything was excellent, I wouldn't complain, except for times that they cover when there is load shedding. But its no big deal as they cover one hour of load shedding

The location is very well placed, they also called me a day before welcoming me and explaining some of the stuff like keys, traffic surroundings etc. The one bedroom that I booked had some maintenance going on, so they gave me a two bedroom at no extra cost!

The netflix didn't work. The microwave wasn't working but it was resolved with a replacement. The Alfredo's restaurant was closed due to the staff being on annual leave. We got food from other restaurants nearby.

WiFi was great. Staff was helpful and I really appreciated the extra set up for our wedding anniversary in our room. The kitchen was fully equipped. It is close to amenities. Rooms are spacious and neat.

The electricity cuts. They have a generator but it is only on for specific hours, solar panels should be considered. Also water was not running during this period. Wifi signal was very weak and carpets need deep cleaning.

The apartments were very spacious. Staff was very friendly and location was perfect, short walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Overall is a really good apartment.

the load shedding schedule was hectic and generator understandably only used occasionally due to cost, not really the property’s fault but was the only negative part of our stay.

Nice apartment, good complex with a slide for the kids to play on, helpful staff. it had everything we needed and we got it for an excellent price.

The Receptionist was extremely friendly and well groomed. She showed us to our apartment and explained everything like wifi code etc. Also with regards excursions around the area..she was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Only downside was the tin opener did not work but otherwise everything was perfect! Will definitely visit again..

There were no aircons in the bedroom and the lounge.the fan in the lounge only worked at one speed. There were lots of ants in the bathroom and lounge.

Liked the view from apartment. The staff were welcoming. Enjoyed the boat trip and the game drive.

The room smelled so bad off sigarettes..and bedding smelled off smoke..curtains was burned off sigarrets..cupboards was falling apart..in main bedroom..lights in second bedroom did not work...kitchen cupboards needs to be repaired....doors need to be cleaned so dirty..

Internet, definitely the internet. Even finally got internet access the last day, but only works on the andriod devices, but not apple devices.

Got a very good deal for 4 days stay at the property. I had stayed in the other places in St. Lucia in the previous visits. The place is definitely worth its value, especially travel as a group. The rooms are clean and spacious, the kitench has everything you need.
