We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe chalet needed some TLC. I do understand it is always a work in progress. It's the little things that matter. The new door has not been painted. The dressing table drawer knob is missing. The cushion on the dressing table chair in the bedroom needs a clean. The kitchen cupboard doors need to be seen to, as the hinges are loose and the wood of the cupboard needs a carpenter to repair it.
It was a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The maintenance team responded quickly to any problems. The reception team and staff at the restaurant were friendly and on point. The hamburgers we had were delicious.

South AfricaBath looked stained and dirty, one dirty towel, no Wi-Fi, no fans or air-conditioning. On line Booking was unsuccessful and a surprise when I arrived at reception due to some payment issue I was not aware of.
We stayed overnight on our trip Parys to Ballito. Great scenic location not far off the N3 highway. Extremely comfortable and convenient stay. enjoyed a great pizza's in restaurant. Nice facilities as it was an overnight stay we only used the table tennis table and soccer games. Patio and braai at apartment very good and convenient Friendly reception staff and were very helpful at reception to complete/ correct booking.

South AfricaResort units need refurbishment as interior of units are out dated. Plumbing / taps are in poor condition and need replacement. Lots of flies in the units which needs to be addressed. The unit was clean, but I was constantly spraying with doom from the time I arrived until I left. This was a nuisance. Unit kitchen was lacking wine glasses, cork screw, hair dryer which should have been provided and had to be requested on arrival. Games room could be improved for teenage kids. It is very small.
Large resort with well spaced units. Spacious 2 bed units with 2 full bathrooms, dining room, balcony with table, chairs and view. Tennis courts and horses kept us busy.

South AfricaWhen we got there we were given a room that was not cleaned, on return to the reception we were provided with a cleaned room without any hassle. The bedding smelled strange, which we did not enjoy for such a beautiful place. Small things like providing some milk and tea were also missed, unfortunately.
The resort was beautiful and relaxing. Great value for money, the room provided is actually a flat with more than enough space for a large family. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and we were very comfortable.

United KingdomMaintenance of accommodation not good.Broken wooden spindles on the balcony with protruding long nails.Broken coving on ceiling above.Bathroom and kitchen sink tap units very loose.Hot water got dangerously 🔥 hot,scalding in fact.Fire extinguisher was missing.Hairdryer was missing.No air conditioning or heating anywhere in accommodation. Fireplace but nothing to use to light it with. Kitchen cupboards and drawers very dated and old and dusty,hadn't been cleaned for years!!!
Lovely and peaceful setting with wonderful countryside views . Size of accommodation surprisingly spacious.2 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms including a spa bath in one of them.Balcony with table and chairs.BBQ in the garden below.Quality towels and bed linen.Great comfy beds and a good size.Plenty of wardrobe space.
