Unfortunatly there was a group of people at the bar making so much noise shouting and laughing that we could hardly hear each other talking

The signal for DSTV was not stable during our stay kept on loosing the signal. Also the telephone in our room was not working and nothing was done about it for all the 5 nights we stayed. We couldn’t use room service as a result

The location , buffet breakfast exceptional on all days during our stay. Dinner buffet on the days it was served was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was great always available to assist with anything, facilities were all working and the two beautiful pools excellent. Beach access from hotel superb.

It’s not a luxury resort, it’s 4 star hotel, so it’s kind of modest.

It looks to be the nicest hotel in Scottburgh. The stuff is very friendly.

They don’t have a Spa anymore.

We visited during the Easter weekend and they had planned family activities. Although we did not partake but it was lovely seeing everyone else join in the fun. People were mingling and everyone seemed like one big happy family. The effort was appreciated. Our room was also big and clean. The place has a private beach and this is a good advantage to beach lovers like me.

Next time we would like to bring our children. I would really suggest upgrading the children’s outside area. Eg get a new jungle gym etc.

Some of their furniture in the dining area especially the chairs, are dirty. Their cutlery is not clean and they served us drinks in dirty stained glasses.

Very difficult to get through to hotel telephonically and when you eventually do, the lines are terrible and no conversation can heard by either party

We unfortunately stayed on a long weekend. Pool close to the hotel is smallish and was very busy. There is a pool down at the bottom but the area is dry and looks run down. Toilets at this pool was very dirty. Not many loungers and no umbrellas, but there are lots of trees on two sided that do give a bit of shade. This area can definitely be fixed up into a lovely adult only pool.
