We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was fantastic. Room spacious, excellent quality of food for dinner / breakfast. Super linen, towels...staff amazing especially Ayanda....the spa treatments were the best I've Ever had, but most of all,the care consideration and help offered to my frail elderly mother was just amazing. I shall return and am giving full thanks to cutty sark!

South AfricaDue to the hotel design, the passage way was constantly filled with dirt and sand. Bathroom basin table was small with limited space for toiletries - very tight. Paid for the deluxe room which meant to come with a sea view, however the trees blocked the view. All we could see were banana trees. Restaurant - the first Saturday afternoon, there were a handful of people eating, the restaurant played very loud music, which sounded like Sunday morning full gospel music. The staff had no sense of reading the patrons. Toasted chicken sandwich was not great, and the chips had been deep fried many times over. At breakfast, the lady clearing away the dishes plonked down her clearing dish in front of us on our table and we had full sight and smell of about 10 dirty plates, cups etc. Limited breakfast options, and a long delay to get an omelette.

The room is so clean and beautiful. Fresh towels everyday and the delicious breakfast. The views from my room and from dining areas are absolutely amazing 🤩. Will definitely come back to this resort. Please do consider adding bar fridge in the rooms.
