South Africa1 review“I didn't stay as it was disgusting”The place was terrible. Broken outdoor furniture. Mangy cats all over the place that were there to catch all the snakes they have according to Ronel. Although Ronel was friendly she was unkempt. I was phoned before the time to bring cash as she supposedly wanted to pay staff bonuses but there was no other staff but her and her husband. Private pool was allocated on booking but it was away from the rooms and was the size of a bath but I was told it is deep so that makes up for the size. It was literally not a pleasant place to stay

This has to be the most horrid of places I have been too. We were escorted to a room on the upper floor. The carpet was loose and caused me to fall and injure my self badly. We were then taken to a loft apartment that was filthy and had a foul smell. The bathroom had horrible stains in the tub and the toilet was stained with Urine. The couches were dusty and full of dog hair and the bedding looked at rumpled as though it had not been changed for sometime. I had to book an alternate place within 10 mins. Cannot understand how this place got a 4 star rating

The room was filthy and extremely dusty, we had no hot water, there were no sheets on the beds and the linen looked used, there was even snot in the basin which was not washed. All the furniture outside was rotted and broken.

The mananger Ronelle was so sweet and kind, she kept on check-in on us ,May God grant her all the money to revamp the place . So she can more and more bookings.

South Africa1 review“we not happy with the weekend we spent at the place, because we paid in cash and we were left alone”the place was uncomfortable, it was dirty from outside to inside, the blankets had cat furry the smell of cigarettes, the rooms were cold and dusty. no hospitality or presence of the stuff.
The owner were friendly, and welcoming, large and spacious room, can use with better cleanness no smoking in the rooms.
