Two minor things: 1) I wish I had known how to find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and 2) I wish shampoo had been included in the shower

The front desk clerks were friendly and very helpful, and the room was sufficiently quiet and clean. I appreciated the airport shuttle and carry-out breakfast for my early departure the next morning.

Rooms were just a bit dark, but truth be told, they were spacious and everything was clean, which is great.

They have a free shuttle every hour during the day, so it was very easy to get from OR TAMBO (bus terminal) to the bed & breakfast. It's only 10 minutes away, making it a perfect, straightforward stop if you want to rest during a layover.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay before my early morning flight the next day. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable - very good value for money if you are on a budget. It is professionally run and the staff are kind and helpful. The guesthouse has a restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast, which is very handy. Everything is there. They also offer a free shuttle van to the airport, which is very helpful and only takes a few minutes to get to the airport.

The rooms are clean with basic commodities, the accommodation is comfortanle and reasonably priced, given the convenience of proximity to the airport and a free shuttle.

There is no hand wash/soap in the bathroom. No porter service is available for your luggage.

TV was a bit challenging, it was not possible to watch programmes that we wanted to watch.

Hospitality was exceptional, we had a challenge of rooms when we arrived but it was sorted without extra charge.

The dining area can be upgraded a bit , the tables are too big and not enough space between the chairs when you need to go in and out and also sharing a table with other people you don't know , the tables should be wiped down when the diners leave and others need to be seated.

The room that was allocated to me was not suitable as I have knee and hip problems , I went and asked for the room to be changed , the lady on duty handled the situation very quickly and politely, I will definitely stay there again , well done ✅

The staff didn't let us know about the electricity problems they were having on arrival so we could not use the TV or the kettle. Due to the electricity it affected the lights aswell, generator switched off so the bathroom was super dark during the night had to use our phones. The bedding could be updated as it was abit old. We had a big room but a microwave in the room and a bar fridge would also have been nice traveling with a child that's definitely a plus for us.

The proximity to the airport is great and the free shuttle service makes it even better. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Arrangements for breakfast were not honoured and the response was that they had too many groups. We were referred to a shuttle driver who also said, he's just a driver, understandably so. Cold shower Water faucet needs attention.
