We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaEven though the finishes are at a very high standard, the water / plumbing is very sad to say, poor. It is impossible to shower in room 6 as the water temperature is either very hot or very cold (never in the middle), and the taps do not allow for easy temperature adjustment. So much so, that it can take up to 5-10min to set the taps to a desired temperature as it is by touching the tap, either burning hot or super cold. This however is a fractional comment since one does not shower all day long.
The staff was excellent, friendly and efficient (especially the restaurant staff). The food is exceptionally good. At a fair price. The luxurious finishes in the rooms are very European quality and in Africa, a very pleasant experience. The fact that no loadshedding was experienced, was also a sigh of relief.

United KingdomI was only given my spa discount in my room when I went straight to spa at 2pm so it would have been useful to get this from reception. Breakfast options seemed a bit limited eg I was not offered any eggs or hot food beyond the buffet.

I woke up too late for breakfast. The room is a nice size with all the basics being available. I also like the whole ambience around the property and the proximity to Lorensford where i had a function. Too bad the weather on Saturday was awful.
