art in the unit doesn't really gel - rather leave the walls blank a few areas where paint needs to be touched up on the walls (can see where there was damp problems before) a few mis matched items in the kitchen. for our stay no problem at all a few extra hangers would help.

room size was an absolute bonus - plenty of space for all. plenty of cupboard space water was wonderfully hot :) we were extremely comfortable in the unit. surprised with the few little comforts found in the kitchen and fridge (coffee/milk etc) All staff we came into contact with were incredibly helpful and friendly - went out their way to make sure we were looked after. Ideal location, lovely area and surrounds

View from Main room has been ruined by 2 huge Jojo tanks placed directly in front of Mountain view. Bathroom window needs to be frosted - not much privacy if window is open and aired.

Beautiful room and facilities were great - wish we had more than one night. Sunset was amazing.

Staff were very thorough but also a bit unnecessary. I would prefer if they would ask if we want to be shown where our room and given a tour, or if we are happy to find it ourselves (the latter would have been our preference).

We were 6 friends staying over and unfortunately the rooms were not located close to each other. Check-in was from 2pm, but our room was not ready until 4pm and the beds had been made as doubles when we had asked for them to be separated as twins. but they fixed it when asked We also were missing a towel and had asked for extra coffee pods but these didn't arrive.

The suites were comfortable and clean, in a tranquil setting with beautiful views. Short drive into the town.

l’ermitage was stunning - beautiful chateaus, gorgeous bedrooms and living areas - so spacious!!!

Breakfast was very poor with limited choices. This could definitely be improved.

Got upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was huge and the views were incredible. Location is great to walk into town. Hotel arranged taxis when required although a shuttle bus into town would be a good idea!

Our Villas were not the units linked to our booking, when making the bookings I selected units with stunning views ... our views were not great.

These villas are absolutely gorgeous! Brand new, very neat and great layout. The bottle of champagne we received for my daughter's 21st Birthday and the plate brought to her by the staff after breakfast was a very special touch - thank you.

Housekeeping, we left the villa at 9am for a meeting and returned at 1pm and the room was not cleaned up, they called me to ask if we need housekeeping at about 130pm and i said please come after 3 pm as we needed to get dressed and ready for a wedding, on our return it was not done properly, the did not replenish the toilet paper nor the coffee and supplies in the kitchen, nor did they sweep or mop the patio as the weather was windy and the terrace was a mess, in the morning i had to walk to reception to collect more toilet paper and coffee for the room as the whatsap number was not answered
