We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaOur room didn't have a bar fridge where we could store our food and drinks, the same table we were using to get ready in the morning like combing our hair and stuff was the same table that had kettle and the cups we had to use for coffee,not really sanitary. We only had 1 dustbin in the room,there was none in the bathroom. There was no ironing board for us to us 😢. The blanket we had was not really clean,it had an off smell therefore we couldn't use it and it was cold so we had to rely on the air conditioner. The lights were not bright enough.no socket next to the bed,we had to charge our phones behind the TV.
I liked how specious our room was,the view,the hospitality from the security guards to the receptionist all the way to the cleaners,the waiters/waitresses,everybody. The calmness of the place, it was such a beautiful and welcoming environment. We had enough privacy,free of noise. The food was delicious and healthy, The treatment from the staff was top norch.Even though the weather was not nice but we truly enjoyed our stay. Floreat is truly a beautiful place we chose to celebrate our anniversary ❤️

South AfricaI had a curry meal on my first night. The sauce was not proper curry tasted like from a packet. R165 was too high -not good value. The chef could not bake desserts due to load shedding. The management had upgraded my stay to a honeymoon suite. A generous gesture but that room was freezing cold, far too big and spacious for me. NO WATER!! A miserable first night. I suggest that a guest is asked if they want an upgrade before going ahead with it! Thanks.
I was moved to a newly refurbished standard room. Clean, new, well-lit, close to dining room. Staff were very friendly and interested in my personal details. Barbara the manager provided valuable advice regarding tourism and safety. She was very obliging in all respects. The gardens are spacious leading down to the river. Well maintained with pretty Azaleas in bloom.

The room was very clean, roomy, comfortable and actually served the purpose for which we were at Sabie, to have comfortable accommodation to be able to rest after the days business, the staff were also very friendly and professional.
