The shower wasn't so clean. Woke up to naked women at the river which was a bit awkward considering i had a child wth me.

The pool area was beautiful. My daughter had fun in the kiddies pool.

Toilet has no air ventilations exit ! Either out the house or to your room .. with only windows out to the lobby And first time my LIFE i been overcharged for a spoon.... 4 dollars for a spoon hahahaha.. It cost max 1 dollar in Denmark. Small thing . But stupid to overcharge for a spoon i would say,makes me think why... It's very noisy place Either a staff or owners of hotel brought there det with them at 07.00 for work

the rooms were small even for a studio but also pricey the check in process is far to long there should be a receptionist who does the check out process because the security guard moves from their post and then no guests can enter or exit the property

Rules like u can't make the towels dirty cuz u might get charged and when you break a glass u get charged R56 for a single glass

with load shedding sometimes being 2-3 times a day we couldn’t iron our clothes which was an inconvenience as we had places to go to in the morning. they have a backup generator but they don’t use it during the day not sure why. I ended up thinking I should’ve booked myself in a hotel cause this was really irritating. the doorways are low so my husband bumped his head a couple of times and the shower height is also a problem for tall people.

Room has old furniture. Walls were cracked. TV was not working in the first room we were allocated and we had to be moves to another room. A group of teenagers were having a party in their room and were making noise. The receptionist worked as the gate attendant and also as a security guard. More staff is needed.

there’s no lift you have to take the stairs,there’s no gate monitor given to all guests you have to wait outside the gate in order for them to open which they take long!

they requested a security payment of R800, not stipulated prior to booking. I felt it was weird to have someone inspect my room including touching the used linen with her bare hands. Management should review this method.

I arrived and was asked to pay a deposit of 800rands and collect at checkout. As a tourist, that's not ideal because I don't want to have a spare 800rands laying around after checkout especially if im heading to my home country straight after. I was asked to produce a covid test on arrival and there was no mention of it when I booked the hotel. The check in process could be a lot less tedious. The room had no windows and felt very claustrophobic.

I like the security aspect of the accommodation and there was a phone in the room to reach guards room if needed. The staff were very friendly and i asked for a late check out and was granted with no issues. Facilities in the room were good.

I got 1 bed instead of 3 for the deluxe apartment i had booked. The beds aren’t very back friendly, still a bit sore. There was no coffee machine as advertised. But everything else is great.

The only place that feels like a prison , their rules and regulations as if you are a known thieve,who will steal glasses or spoon ls mxm. Horrible experience ever...The check out part of it so unworthy, no freedom.

Complete staging in the photos .Property doesn't look anything like the pictures .Rooms where dirty and smelled like smoke .Booked for the week .Stayed one night as we arrived to late to move.No Covid protocol .Gym equipment and TV remotes and aircon remotes are sticky with dirt.Don't waste your time or money .Still waiting for my breakage deposit to be returned.
