Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Either out the house or to your room .. with only windows out to the lobby And first time my LIFE i been overcharged for a spoon.... 4 dollars for a spoon hahahaha.. It cost max 1 dollar in Denmark. Small thing . But stupid to overcharge for a spoon i would say,makes me think why... It's very noisy place Either a staff or owners of hotel brought there det with them at 07.00 for work

South Africawith load shedding sometimes being 2-3 times a day we couldn’t iron our clothes which was an inconvenience as we had places to go to in the morning. they have a backup generator but they don’t use it during the day not sure why. I ended up thinking I should’ve booked myself in a hotel cause this was really irritating. the doorways are low so my husband bumped his head a couple of times and the shower height is also a problem for tall people.

South AfricaRoom has old furniture. Walls were cracked. TV was not working in the first room we were allocated and we had to be moves to another room. A group of teenagers were having a party in their room and were making noise. The receptionist worked as the gate attendant and also as a security guard. More staff is needed.

United KingdomI arrived and was asked to pay a deposit of 800rands and collect at checkout. As a tourist, that's not ideal because I don't want to have a spare 800rands laying around after checkout especially if im heading to my home country straight after. I was asked to produce a covid test on arrival and there was no mention of it when I booked the hotel. The check in process could be a lot less tedious. The room had no windows and felt very claustrophobic.
I like the security aspect of the accommodation and there was a phone in the room to reach guards room if needed. The staff were very friendly and i asked for a late check out and was granted with no issues. Facilities in the room were good.
