Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Not all plug points worked (check kitchen) Please put 2 prong plugs in the plug fittings against the wall for if guests forget to bring adapters. Wifi code should be visible somewhere. We had to phone reception for it. The one key card didn't work when we got back that evening. Kitchen needs scissors.

IrelandHad dinner one night in the restaurant, the food was delicious but the service was not good, the waiter took 20 minutes to approach us with a menu, we were clearly looking around waiting, it was dinner time. I actually had to go to him and ask him for the menus. Once the order went onto the kitchen the food was delivered quickly. Our waiter never came back to us for desert order. He was standing behind the bar leaning against the wall, on his phone. We asked a waitress for assistance. I had to again go to the waiter and ask him for the bill. We didnt leave a tip. On another day we had lunch there and the waitress who served us was good at her job, we left a tip that day. The area outside the hotel has a lot of homeless drug addicts, we saw drugs being openly taken. The hotel should speak to the SAP to address this issue.
My room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were really good. The WiFi in the room was good, no complaints. I stayed 2 nights/3days here and during that time there was no load-shedding, perhaps because it is in the CBD? The room was quiet despite facing the street, I didn't notice any noise. The TV worked fine. The bathroom was good, water pressure and heat good.

There was variety of food for the breakfast and it was fresh.The service was prompt asked for and iron it was swiftly facilitated.the room was adequately stocked with supplies the only challenge.The room was in a serene location and it was comfortable .Room service was very helpful .The room was big spacious and well lit .
