The guide was great and friendly and good at spotting game. But small thing took us to areas we had done the day before. Otherwise overall a great experience.

Very personal, the hosts make a big effort to make you feel welcome and offer personal advice. Great bbq braai dinner. Excellent food. Very nice small jacuzzi pool to relax in. You can see animals roaming around just outside the property when you walk into the road - a real treat.

The food was not very good, breakfast was fine, but dinners were not. I would advise that visitors take some food with them and use the kitchen to prepare meals other than breakfast.

I had a little house which had everything one would need for a holiday stay: a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom, a kitchen and an outdoor eating area. The place was beautifully decorated and had a very nice character that matches the national park atmosphere around it. I was able to take short walks around the lodge and was able to see many animals. Also, I took two Safari's arranged by the lodge into Kruger National Park and they were excellent, especially the one led by the landlord, Mark , and his partner Gayle.

The fact that it rained on the last few days, which is out of their control - but because Foxy has a smart TV and chess, we were extremely satisfied and used the opportunity to bond. Thank you once again for the quality stay.

Firstly, thank you Mark and Gail for allowing us to stay in your retreat - very friendly people. Communication was always on point and proactive. The room was spacious and luxurious, there was also an outside shower – definitely a retreat you need when you're on holiday. We really loved how Gail went out of her way to constantly ensure that we were satisfied – literally always went out of her way. Very accommodating with all our requests. We loved our Safari ride with Ingrid and Gail, Ingrid is an extremely passionate guide, she worked very well with Ingrid – the ride was magical – we got to see the big 5, except the Rhinos. It was the quality of the ride for me - Gail even packed a breakfast pack for us and rain coats and also provided binoculars! The food was delicious on all occasions – very generous with their portions, the dinner would literally last until tomorrow. On the days we stayed, we had Chicken and fries, Beef Lasagne, Potjie and lastly T-bone steak – exceeded my expectations on all occasions 10/10 for everything. The cherry on top was us being able to see the animals, as we took our morning/afternoon walks outside our chalet. You definitely will not make a mistake booking here. Value for money. Can't wait to go back.

Honestly, there was nothing to fault it.

The perfect place to relax and unwind. It was peaceful and private. Gail was a great hostess. Elizabeth made delicious meals with Spendoloo doing our fire. She taught us traditional way to eat an African meal. We went on a game drive with Ingrid and had awesome sightings in Kruger and she was knowledgeable and happy to stop whenever we wanted. Great picnic on board too. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, spacious and fully equipped. Luxurious actually.

Not staying longer !

The place is amazing ! With a park where you can see antilope and in front of the lodge you can see the river of the the Kruger park. The bedroom is very spacious, clean, well decorated ! The terrace is very a plus to take rest and chill ! We took the diners and lunchs and the food was very good. The T-Bone is cooked in the barbecue of your bedroom and the taste was just perfect ! The Safaris with Ingrid were amazing, she is very passionated and explain you a lot of think about animals, she take the time to let you take pictures. We saw 3 lions packs in 1 day. Finally, we added an issue with a flat wheel. Everyone in the house held us to find a solution ! The owner gave us a good address of a garage to replace the wheel quickly and it save our day and trip in Kruger ! 😊 I recommend 100% to go in Foxy crocodile !

We tried to find any negative point, but there are none.

Immediately when we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. We arrived late in the evening, but dinner was prepared, so when we arrived we could immediately enjoy the delicious food. - Great service, great food, very friendly staff and owners - Always ready to go the extra mile. - The accommodation was very spacious. - Very close to the Krüger entrance. - We booked the game drive with Foxy and we really enjoyed the tour. In short, when we come back we will definitely come here again.

It is so good, that we have returned after couple years to the same place :-) No need to put more words, come & enjoy the hospitality, location and services! I was very happy with the food they served, but there was no selection.

The rooms were beautiful; the plunge pool and outdoor shower in one of the rooms was lovely. One room was very good; the other was exceptional. Communication was very good. Meals were very good, one vegetarian and one not.

Foxy Crocodile is the most wonderful place to stay. Their beautiful staff is so nice and takes so much care of everything in and around the house. Their cooking is amazing!! Also Ingrid is the best Safari guide you could wish for. She always finds the right angles to watch the spotted animals and is just such a nice person. Thank you, Gail and Mark.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and clean, and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the delicious diner everyday after the safari. The lodge sits into Marloth Park within wildlife, close to Crocodile bridge Kruger park entrance and the safari with guide Ingrid was outstanding.

Gail, Bonty, Karla and Marc are wonderful hosts, they gave us lots of tips before and during our stay. Food was superb! They did a barbecue for us one day and it was delicious. The place is so lovely, rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, it is in front of the Kruger fence so you can see animals hanging around right in front of you. We regretted not doing any safari with Marc, we found him by chance at Kruger Park and in a few minutes he pointed lots of animals that we haven´t spotted. The lodge is around 20-25 minutes from Kruger´s gate. It´s paradise!!

Karla & the entire team were amazing from the start. Even though we arrived late in the evening they helped us with our luggage and showed us around in our suite. The details they have put together were so thoughtful, the suite was very clean, they organized dinner for every night including an amazing BBQ. It was perfect and there is nothing that could have been better or improved. This was the best safari experience we could have wished for or had. The food was tasty and also the portions were perfect for two people. We will be back!

We had to leave too soon!

Right from booking the property to our last minute there, the team at Foxy, led by Mark and Gail made us feel at home. Karla, a member of the team, was my go to for all doubts as a first time visitor to Kruger. The food, the rooms, the safaris, and the hospitality was splendid overall. For the Safari, we were lucky to experience days with both Mark and Ingrid, who in their own way gave us uniquely different and enriching experiences. Looking forward to going back for longer!
