The stale smell of smoke that permeated everything that hadn't been updated or replaced since the 70s /80s. The look and feel was tatty and saturated with other people's odours and bodily leavings.

The kitchen and bathroom is outdated. There's a lot of cockroachs in the kitchen area as well as a few in the bathroom from time to time. .

Manageress was rude and not obliging at all. The whole room is outdated and needs upgrade. Room smelled and taps dripped. Wind blew in rattling windows. No aircon. Very expensive for the non existent facilities. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The security at garden centre was fantastic! As soon as we arrived they grabbed trollies loaded all our luggage and escorted us to reception. Check in was quick and easy and they even took all our bags up to our apartment. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, your service is amazing!

The apartment smelled muggy. Everything inside is old. The mattress needs replacing. There was not even a dishcloth provided. The towels are old & warned out.

They need to do a little bit of renovations, shower is old fashioned and couldn't even use it, luckily there's also a bath tub 😉

The view of the table mountain from the property is amazing, the room was so neat and tidy, and the fact that it's close to everything, also have shops around, the staff was amazing from the day that we came till the day we left, different ladies but same energy, polite and friendly. Definitely coming back.

Back to the 1970’s decor - grey stippled ceilings, faded posters on the walls, old telephone, ancient light-fittings, nylon carpets, dingy curtains hanging off the rod, furniture that makes the room look asthough it is an old age home — and a battle to get wifi — only to be told that I had to pay for the wifi. The promise of a ‘spectacular view’ was marred by filthy windows — and the discharge of air-conditioning units outside the apartment; load-shedding compounded the misery. A thin duvet was not sufficient to keep me warm during colder nights. I asked for a blanket, and was given a crumpled one that had seen better days. Sadly, an overpriced stay, and one that has ensured I won’t ever be returning.

My room had a bad smell which took a lot of getting used to. i Its is in dire need of an upgrade. I also shared the room with some insects in the kitchen which wasnt great.

The location was fantastic. The property is brilliant. I loved the View of the mountain though. The shopping center was a definite bonus and a reason i chose that location

The TV only had open view, no Netflix.

Good location for peace of mind. Amazing city view. Everything expected was there, I would definitely recommend it. Staff was helpful and generous.
