There is nothing that I thought that requires improvement - I think continous change to adapt to business requirements is at the heart of the guesthouse. There is nothing lacking at the guesthouse and I am completely happy with the establishment

The guesthouse policy is not to offer breakfast - this policy is brought about in order to support the local restaurants, which all needs support after the covid economic contraction . ( I think the policy and gesture is admirable) I further liked the outlay of the building - it has a little courtyard with flowers , plants and shrubs. The outside walls are very decorative as well. The guesthouse is in a marvelous shape and is run very professionally. It has a perfect lounge where one can sit and relax , a kitchen where you can prepare a meal if you so please. My room was perfect - it has all the elements , and fixtures that one can expect from a good guesthouse. The Manger/ Owner was friendly , yet professional. The guesthouse is in a safe area and central to all amenities.

The owner forgot to advise me that an abundance of birds roost in the tree under which I parked, so woke up to a very colourful motorcar in the morning,

The very warm welcome and we were shown our room. All comforts we needed were there, very pleasant owners who made our stay a pleasure from the minute we were received and entered. The relaxing courtyard tucked away within the bounds of the home made it a pleasure to relax in. A very lovely town to live in I would believe.

There is nothing to complain about... we arrived in town over the weekend of the annual agricultural fair and expected it to be very noisy as it was just down the road. No such thing: We had peace and quiet and a great night's rest.

The accommodation is basic and the two rooms we rented not the most spacious, but it has everything you need, plus it was super clean. It offers excellent value for money. Although the rooms don't have bar fridges, a large fridge is available for use.

It is a really pity that they do not have a braai facility in the relaxing outdoor area.

Breakfast was not offered however we has the use of the fridge, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. Excellent coffee bars and restaurants are a short walk away.

The bathroom water was extremely slow out of tabs. It's not DSTV as said and only music and E TV . The Wifi connection was pour. The man that checked us in was very unfriendly. The photos advertise for the room we booked wasn't what we got.

The manager that checked us in was rude and extremely unfriendly his first question was "where are you from" I am a medical doctor and a professional and I felt that really that was in the face and I almost wanted to ask him back I don't know but where are you from so highly unsatisfied with that by me and my partner and the next day he was a little bit better but he made us feel that we were very inconvenient for him and a real task just to get us checked in

The owner kept us waiting for an hour before we could take occupation, despite having been advised of our expected time of arrival. We were allocated Room #1, situated in the front of the house, a matter of 5- 10 metres from a busy road which meant that we were subjected to highly disruptive traffic noise until late at night and again very early the next morning. This room should really not be used unless steps are taken to sound-proof it.

No meal options offered with this establishment, but that was advised at time of booking and was not a problem. The room was fit for purpose, clean and comfortable.

The property was not clean. Dusty. Window seals had spider webs. There was no hand wash. Shower and shower head too small. Sink was dusty and looked like there were smoke ashes. Very disappointing
