Very nice flat in perfect location. We loved it there. The impressions we got before by looking at the fotos here at booking.com were matched by reality when we were there. And on top the host Cornelia was absolutely nice, thoughtful and helpful.

The government loadsheding did not dampen our holiday, as the host has a backup plan - the generator. It really made a huge positive difference.

The view is of the crocodile river facing the Kruger National Park is stunning and the accommodation is relaxing. Above all, the host Cornelia is the best - makes you feel at home.

Its a wonderful house in an exceptional location - just across the river you see the Kruger park! And more over- just from your terrace you may see many birds and other animals living their lives around the place. The host is very friendly and always there to help. And, ah, very friendly and curious dogs around. When were arrived at the place the load shedding happened, but it was not a problem - the place has its own power generator (although working very load). We got a very good recommendation for the restaurant not far away from the house. The place has everything what you will need for a short stay - fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, a parking place, wifi and a huge terrace with a stunning views.

The owner is super friendly the place is beautiful and spacious, the rooms are beautiful and clean, I could visit this place again and do it over and over, the view of animals is wonderful we sit on the pool and the elephant would just pass wow this was an excellent experience of our life

I LOVED everything..

I LOVED everything about Hennies Rest. I was utterly spellbound on entering the property. On arrival Cornelia said, quick come with me. Just outside the outdoor area was a huge bull elephant. I cried. He was so close and a regular visitor at Hennies. My favourite thing was sitting in the beautiful garden, watching all the wild animals visit Crocodile river. Many elephants came to drink and pass by and lots of antelope, hippos, giraffe to name but a few. I was so so sad to leave and could have happily lived there forever ☺️ The accommodation was perfect. Clean, nicely furnished and had everything you could possibly need. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed.. Thank you Cornelia for your wonderful hosting. Both myself and sister miss you and your gorgeous dogs and kitten..

The house is beautiful, much better than the photos show. We came in and it was just mind blowing. The view is tremendous and our whole family loved every minute there. The Krüger Gate is very close, it is a perfect spot to do day trips to Krüger.
