We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe facilities were not worth the price. The rooms were very small. Some of the more permanent occupants were quite dodgy and used dagga. The so called air-conditioning was a pedestal fan. The shower didn't have a permanent door and was quite small. It was not a place suitable for children considering some of the clientele.
The area was very.close to shops and malls. I could quickly get into the main freeway. It was quite secure.

The only thing I liked was that the room was clean. The location was fine.

South AfricaThere was a weird aroma(food) in the house that I could smell throughout the house. The owner of the place did not communicate to the staff that I wanted 2 single beds at my stay and then had to wait for the staff to organise another room.
The staff on premises was very helpful and friendly. The area is also lovely.

South AfricaSharing a kitchen. The oven was not working and kitchen was not really that clean. Countertop was falling apart and the place needs some proper TLC. Our cuboards in our room needed to be wiped clean and our room was very hot but the fan helped a bit. We were a family of 3 and our bathroom was super small. When we booked we thought we booked a complete self catering unit but to our surprise it was a house with tons of different rooms. When someone opens water anywhere in the house the shower goes either completely hot or completely cold. No gas appliances so when there is loadshedding you will need to purchase dinner etc which can become costly. We did however have a battery operated light. Not a bad stay but not above average either.
The DSTV and Thokozani was very friendly and helpful. It was an average stay. Beds were very comfortable.

South AfricaThe bell at the door was broken and tried calling over the wall and calling the number provided but did not get through,did get hold of the staff after a while and had a really nice experience after that. Staff did inform me the morning that the owner has been notified about the bell and is attending to it and they apologized for it.
Staff was awesome and very friendly and helpfull always trying to go the extra mile.

South AfricaThe booking said we can organize breakfast at check in by the property, it clearly stated and also why we chose the place but when we arrived we were told it had to be organized online. This was extreamly disappointing. The lounge photos we saw we couldnt even use as the doors didn't allow us to enter. We checked in at 5pm and there was still laundry and ironing boards laying around. Kettle in the room wasn't working. No separate switch for the bathroom. Bedside light not working. Shower didnt have a door just a curtain that lead everything to be wet when showering. Shower head sprayed everywhere. I paid for 4 people to sleep over but sent a email saying we will only be 3 and if i could get a refund for the 4th person that didnt come but no reply and wanted single beds but also no response. Towels was also only put on the beds uppon arival with a few more issues but this is enough to state for now. Otherwise the manager was very nice.
