Security - Santorini bedroom windows no burglar proofing. Either one locks windows - no fresh air - or do not sleep peacefully. Bathroom. No door. No privacy when using toilet.

This was one of the best hotels I have slept👍👍👍👍👍 not only the beautiful room with our terrace , but the staff was exceptional friendly and nothing was to much💐👍 the breakfast outstanding, also dinner. Romantic with candle light and flowers , always a little something in the room before sleeping, a welcome Prosecco .the manager and owner asked us every day how we were doing.🥳💐🥰🤩🇳🇱🌹🙏❤️ highly recommending

The Lucco room we stayed in had a terrible open plan bathroom. No glass door on the shower and the toilet was very visible from most of the room.

Beautiful place with great amenities. Staff were extra friendly. The rooms were very nice and spacious.

The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that the staff did not remove the dirt and waste left by the previous occupants of the room Nicolai. I brought it to the attention of the relevant staff and they cleaned up quickly and they apologised for their error. I accepted and we had no problems.

Breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient. Excellent waiters and efficient service. The chef prepared the dinner and breakfast perfectly.

The view from the balcony is amazing , probably the best one in the town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are extra comfortable. Food is delicious and fresh , very good coffee.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was magnificent. Spacious with private balcony and rooftop sun lounges. the room has two stylish occasional chairs to watch TV, desk and small kitchenette

The air conditioning - the unit pointed directly at the bed head-on, was loud and also the lights were exceptionally bright.

They had mushrooms in my breakfast after I asked for no mushrooms. They put my birthday card and balloons in the wrong room. After giving a full list of all guest and rooms they will stay in with names. That was a bit imbarresing.

I liked everything.; from the service that I got after booking, prior my visit Brenda made sure that I was well informed , the consistency in communication and making sure that I have a blissful stay The warm welcome I received was amazing, the food was a cherry on top; both diner and breakfast. My sister and I were celebrating our birthdays. They went an extra mile to make sure that our stay was extra special, we are so grateful for the spoils and treats received. We came ready for the rainy & cold weather because it was communicated to us prior our visit My only suggestion is that they must add phones in the rooms. I had a perfect stay worth every penny spent!

I know prices increase everywhere these days, but the increases at the restaurant and spa is not on par with the rest of Clarens.

Underroof parking. Good WiFi. Overall service from staff improved significantly to a higher standard over the last 2 years.
